For me, Chops+1 went from what I purchased it at $84.99 down to $75.99. But, it is showing sold out! So, I will keep what I got.

I've said for awhile that these chefs on these ships need to take some cooking/baking lessons from some southern grandmothers!

The guy we rented from met us at the airport when we arrived and a week later when left. Just depends on who you rent from and their options.

Throw dinner rolls at them, that keeps them away.
Make you feel like your in Lambert's Cafe. (Except the waiters throw the rolls to you and not the other way around.)

I just completed our check-in process at work. Since my wife was not here, I skipped her photo. I know that we can wait till at the port. But, is there a way to go back and edit on the app and add her photo?
TIA

I would recommend booking the Thrill Waterpark Cabana, if the price is somewhere reasonable. That cabana includes 6 passes to the waterpark. A good deal on a cabana if you were planning on buying the passes anyway.

I apologize completely if I misunderstood what you meant by accommodations. I thought you wanted them to accommodate to allow you to bring onboard food items that were restricted.
If you meant to accommodate by them having the foods onboard that you needed, that's a completely different story and a reasonable request on your part.
My apologies!

good point. Perhaps the disabled, elderly and obese should all avoid cruising.
One of the things I’ve learned from having a disabled child is that some peoples lives can be made so much easier if we all just make slight accommodations for those less fortunate. If you are just a rigid functionary, then you do not have to worry about other people and you can go through your life just doing your job without any hiccups. However, I am going to assume that everyone of us has asked someone for a slight accommodation so they can accomplish something that would make their life better.
No, I did not have any disabled children. But, my brother has as autistic son who has severe "food issues". So, I understand where you are coming from with the difficulties in trying to mesh your child's needs with the cruise lines rules.
But, in requesting these "accommodations" you are asking the cruise line to break "USPH regulations" that can shut them down if they are caught. That is not a fair request. If you want to try to break the rules or regulations by sneaking something onboard, that is on you, but to ask that of the cruise line is a different matter.
If you want to change the regulations so that the cruise line can make these accommodations, then your beef needs to be with the governing body and not the cruise line.
I'm sorry if I sound mean or rude, I certainly do not intend to be and I completely sympathize with your problem. I just think your directing your frustration at the cruise lines, when they are just following regulations, is misplaced.

Abbacadabra was awesome!!

We loved going to Wipeout Cafe for breakfast on the Oasis. Hardly any crowds and made to order omelets!

I would also recommend getting the Cabana at Thrill Park. Since it comes with 6ea passes to Thrill Park it is a great deal. For our sailing the Thrill Park passes are $88.99 per each, so if you bought 6 of those passes your at $534.00. We bought the Cabana at $499 for our upcoming sailing in Feb 2020 for just the 4 of us. So, for us an extra $143.00 get us a Cabana also.

When it asks if you are the Guest or if you are a Travel Partner? I assume I am the guest?

We have a cabana reserved in Thrill Park for our Harmony Cruise in Feb 2020.
As far as tipping goes: Should we tip the attendant after every thing we order or just once at the end of our stay? What would be considered reasonable tip amount?
Also, we get 6 passes to Thrill Park and there will only be 4 of us. Are the other 2 passes ours to do whatever with? (ie. sell, give away, trash)
TIA for replies.

I’m on the same sailing as you. I have been watching all the prices in the cruise planner pretty close. The norm for our sailing is $28, the current price of $22 is the best it has been, unless of course you got in on the $18 deluxe Pkg!

I'm not a drinker and almost bought the $18 deal, but determined it still wasn't worth it to me.
But, I'm glad y'all got some closure! This thread was beginning to turn into this....

They are making enough off of the people buying those $1,300 cococay cabanas that they can afford to discount the drink package.

We did the Fly, Snooze, Cruise with GoPortCanaveral this past September and had no problems and plan on using them again this upcoming February.

Did you say you purchased a single specialty restaurant for $50 per person? That doesn't sound like a discounted price. You may have paid a bit too much. Keep checking your cruise planner for a better deal. You can cancel FNDR at $50 and get a refund if you find one. (I purchased a 3 night dining package, which includes a specialty restaurant the 1st night for $69. ($23 per meal)).
Man, my brain is letting me down today! I had FNDR on my mind because that was what we had on our last Oasis cruise and I got it for $20.00 pp back in Sept 2018. For our upcoming Harmony cruise we got the BOGO dining option for $49.99 pp. Sorry for the confusion!!

Memorial Day Sale? Anyone seeing deals?

Checked it again this morning. The "sale" price has now gone up to $88.99 and it is now available to reserve again. (The only time I have ever gotten any decent "sales" was on Black Friday)
