Help ! On Vision of Seas. Due to dock in Norfolk on Thursday. Is there a ramp to depart the ship the same as used in Baltimore ? Trying to figure out if I can walk my luggage off without much trouble. Thanks for any responses.

Yes, if you are Pinnacle C&A level or in a Grand Suite or better.
They may also offer it to guests in Junior Suites who are not Pinnacle level, but that is a courtesy, not a hard and fast policy.

Once we are Pinnacle, we will get complimentary beer or wine in the Costal Kitchen for dinner.....correct ?

just curious. is Luara Baska still the Diamond Concierge on Anthem? When we did a b2b in Dec. we had some stupid communication problems with one of the officers at shore ex. and Luara handled it beautifully. She is a very competent person and was a pleasure to do buisness with. sailing on May 31. hope she is still there. Thank you, Watson 50
I believe she is the Loyalty Ambassador on the Grandeur.

I know that Royal does not officially allow carry on water or soda. I also know that in some ports you can carry on soda or put a luggage tag on a case of water.
What are your experiences with water and soda in Baltimore? We would take on a 12 pack of each.
No problem with water in the past. Never tried soda.

On Grandeur now. Diamond + letter states drink vouchers can not be used in MDR, Speciality Restaurants, or W J. However, I didn’t ask either. :confused:

Glad you are enjoying your cruise. DH and I will be sailing on the Grandeur in a few weeks. A few questions for you: Did the RC provide shuttle service to the Quincy Market area ? Do you know who the Diamond Concierge and Suite Concierge are ?

We also did the excursion posted above and have to agree that it was a great excursion. We loved Oia and the winery (the wine and cheese were yummy!) and we loved the fact that we didn't have to battle with the cable car queues. I would happily do this excursion again.
Did this excursion in May. I totally agree....would do it again.:)
