After 29 cruises on RCCL, we went on our first Celebrity cruise last year.

We now have 4 more cruises booked with Celebrity and 2 more with RCCL.

Hopefully you'll enjoy Celebrity as much as we did. Our only regret is not trying Celebrity sooner !

We were just there (on the 8/17 sailing of Summit). Because of construction of the new terminal, a lot of the old parking lot is inaccessible, so we had to park a bit further back than usual. It was still a very manageable walking distance, and many people did walk. Most people dropped off the passengers with their luggage so only the person driving the car had to walk back to terminal after parking. We took the shuttle because it was there waiting, and the driver took us right away so we didn't have to wait until more people came to fill it.

 

On the return trip, the port personnel recommended that one person get the car and the rest of the party wait in the drop off/pick up area with the luggage. That worked out very well for us.

Is the long term parking where it used to be or in a different area because of the construction ? I'll be using the parking lot in a few weeks.

Ask the bartender not to open it. That is what DH does. Just make sure you pack a bottle opener. :D

I was wondering about the drawer space on the Amadeus Elegant ---I see in the pictures limited space in the room set up and hoped there were shelves/drawers in the closet as well ????

Also , is there 24 hour coffee and water available ?
