My favorite ship was the Century. Love the mega ships when sailing with the whole family including grandkids. Otherwise I love the beautiful multi level dining rooms, atriums, lots of wood and brass.

Hello!
Anyone on the June 14, 2019 sailing please join the roll call! My 2 oldest granddaughters will be with us-ages 3 and 7 by then.
We have been to Alaska, so granted we booked for the ship. Very disappointed to miss Ketchikan as the Misty Fiords are very appealing, as is Tracy Arm....googling Endicott Arm-looks quite beautiful....

Just got off the Solstice on Saturday. No noro among our group of 6. The crew is diligent!!! working 14 hour days to eradicate. Every possible precaution is in place. No salt, pepper, sugar, or bread on tables. The buffet is wrapped in plastic-all food, drinks, silverware are served to you. They spray every surface. Hand sanitizer is dispensed in and out of every shop, venue, everywhere.

Does this sound right-
2 oz white rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz vermouth
Dash of grenadine

It looks like it’s going to be in the high 60s for the most part for our sailing-low 80s in Sydney.

Hi!
I don't remember where I bought mine-had it since my first cruise but I just bought some ball chains on Amazon, and clasps at Michaels to make others for family and friends -nothing to it!

I love having my card on a lanyard! My lanyard is a ball chain type-nice and cool on my neck-with a detachable clasp that holds the card. Easy to detach to hand to a cashier, bartender, barista, etc.

AJ Jamal is great-verrrry funny....but he has been on about the last 5 Princess cruises I've been on......

yes they do-in Skywalkers at 5:00pm

Thank you all for your responses. DH was not able to board for lunch even though the lady checking us in was delightful and rooting for us. I phoned Princess today to see if we might get the port fees refunded, and the Princess rep. said that is automatic and should already have been credited back to my charge card. :) Robin

Thank you for your quick reply, we suspected as much but remained hopeful (as we did throughout the week hoping this thing at work would go a different way) wah ;)
Thank you again,

Hi all,
I don't know how to word this to use the search...My DH has an issue at work this coming week that prevents him from cruising with us on a California Coastal on the Ruby sailing tomorrow. My question is: since he has paid and can't cruise, could he let Princess know at check in, but still board the ship to enjoy lunch with us and then disembark? Like the Bon Voyage Experience they offer......
Thank you so much,
:)

ar1950 - we are on that 3 day to Vancouver too - bachelorette party cruise (and a couple moms ;)) but first we check out the Ruby on a California coastal the end of the month. :)

Norris,
We LOVE Celebrity! My fave! (In our opinion they have the best food too) It is quite delightful to be welcomed onboard with a glass of champagne or mimosa. The Persian Garden with the heated mosaic tile lounges facing a wall of windows looking out to sea is divine.
I look forward to your review on that as we are booked on a TA on her November 2016.

40th Anniversary Trip to Spain, Italy & Greece - Cruise or Land Tours???
in Celebrity Cruises
Posted
Happy 40th!!
I vote cruise!! (However, we have never done an organized group land tour)
I have had a heck of a time organizing land trips in countries I am not familiar with! One land trip to Great Britain ended up including missed flights, a missed airbnb, booking and paying for a non existent hotel, and a totaled rental car (along with other smaller debacles)....well at least makes for a fun story [emoji51][emoji23]
