  1. We used it all the time for my dad before he passed.  They offer in for embarkation as well but we have found that sometimes you have to wait for that if you are trying to board in the first group as there are a limited number of "pushers".

They changed my mom's flight to another day!  EZAir said I booked it wrong but I had taken a screen shot when I booked it months earlier and Princess also had a comment in red that the date had been changed.  Luckily the original flight was available so EZAir "as a favor" changed at no charge.  This was after being on hold for almost two hours.  So keep checking your flights and carefully.

For those like me that have not been able to get the app to work, this week I called Princess.  One of the options was something like problems with the app or DMW.  I selected that and the next option included just problems with DMW.  Then you selected something if you were Platinum or Elite (not sure if Suites were included or not sorry).  I was able to reach someone (mid day, weekday) in less than five minutes.  She made my reservation for me.  Never did get an email confirmation as I had requested but it is showing up in the app.

    Are you traveling very soon?

    Not until August but trying to book a specialty restaurant the first night.  I get all the way through: pick the date, pick the time, add the people, select the restaurant, do the credit card and then it says can't process and I need to check my name.  I can't figure out what is wrong - I have deleted, re-entering, etc.

    I have been having the same issue.  I have reentered my address and still have the issue.  Some questions if anyone knows:

    Does the state have to be written out or is the abbreviation OK?

    Zip or zip + 4 or does it matter?

    If there are multiple people who are on the reservation do they all have to be "correct"?

    If it still doesn't work who do I call or email for help?

Sometimes there is a card in your cabin showing where they have booked you and the time; it you are OK with that then you just show up otherwise as geoherb said you have to wait until you get onboard as it can't be done ahead of time.  Another option once on board is to go to the dining room you want and book in person (assuming someone is there).

  7. And depending on what time you eat (we tend to go early) you may have the same table and waiters each night so they quickly learn your preferences. So it is like a mix between fixed seating and anytime.

I have only ever had two issues using EZ Air, the main one being that not all flights are included so sometimes you can't get the schedule you really want but it is a small price to pay for the great fares.  The other issue I had (once) is that my flight was changed (the airline changed the plane and it no longer had first class even though that is what I had booked) but I wasn't notified by either the airline or Princess.  I happened to look at the seats and and noticed the change.

    I called and that is exactly what they did.  So now it will be paid back but when is the question. Thanks for the advise.
