I am! I've worked for Cruise Critic for nearly 12 years, and oversee PR and communications for the company. We're working with Seatrade to flag questions from real cruisers to help bring the consumer voice to this year's State of the Industry panel. Hope that helps to clarify!

I'm work for Cruise Critic, overseeing PR & communications (coming up on 12 years with the company!), and we're currently working with Seatrade to help field questions from real cruisers (our Cruise Critic members) for the event's State of the Industry panel. Our members have so many valuable insights, and gathering these questions is important for ensuring the consumer voice is represented in that conversation -- something that both the show and cruise lines find hugely valuable as well. Such a good point -- especially on those destination-heavy trips. Even the multiple reservations that need to be made seem completely overwhelming. Hope it was a good trip, despite all of the work!
