What is the closest church to the pier and what time is mass?  Can you walk to the church? I found St. Louis Cathedral on Google but can't find any information about times.  

When should I expect Caribbean 2023 cruise itineraries to come out?

@txtechmk I hope things get better but not getting a good feeling. I have had to cancel other trips not cruises recently.  I have a family member who is in the health field and she said that the people on the Caribbean islands are not eager to get COVID shots.  How does it work if you cancel you loose money?

I was wondering for those of you who had a cruise cancelled did you hear it was cancelled before final payment? I have a Caribbean cruise planned in January with final payment in October. 

I will be in port in January from 8-6 and the cruise line has two excursions that don't appeal to me.   My original plan was to to take the Spencer tour Jalousie/ Sugar Beach Break.  However, they are not taking reservations and read a few poor reviews.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a plan B.  I really would like to swim under the Pitons.   So maybe a catamaran tour?

This looks really nice. Celebrity does not offer this. Do you remember the name of the company?

If anyone is going to Cabrits Resort & Spa Kempinski  I would love a review. They opened this year and charge $100 for a day resort pass.  Wondering how much a taxi is  to and from?  How bad was the drive with all the switch backs 🤢.  I hope they make it through the pandemic with them currently being closed.

Anyone know of a good resort day pass? Bonus points if it includes transportation.  Not big into spas. Beach, Pool and food we are looking for.  All I have found is Cabrits Resort & Spa Kempinski for $100  + transportation.  From the pier  it is 1h & 10 min away .

Thank you.  I always ask to have it emptied. Didn't realize it wasn't fridge but a cooler.   This will be my first drink package 🙂

One additional thought.  The items in the mini fridge ( can of soda, bottle water etc) in the cabin are not included correct? 

I have never gotten a beverage perk before but looks like it would come with my cruise.  Would I be billed 20% on each drink for gratuity? I don’t drink much and would mostly get daily special drinks,  piña colada etc. Classic beverage does not include specialty teas  correct?

At lease on Edge in a CS the TV's are different and have a built in computer and the lan cable not visible.

 

1.  Make sure your HDMI device is powered up.

2.   Plug into HDMI Port

3.   Power up TV using the button on bottom right

4.  Immediately press the toggle to the Right and a list of Ports will pop up....

5.  Select the HDMI that shows up.   If a powered device wasn't attached it will not show as a choice.

 

 

I would like to try this on the Equinox with my iPad.  From the pictures I have seen  online it looks like the TV pop out a little so it should be relatively easy to plug in the HDMI cord.  You would also need for the iPad a Lightning Digital AV Adapter ( not generic version) for a iPad.  Not so sure about " Power up TV using the button on bottom right....". Thought i would have to bring a universal remote. If anyone has any pictures of how to do this with Equinox cabin I would appreciate it.  You also would need a WiFi plan with the ship to use Netflix, Hulu etc. app  I think the  WIFI is only good on one device so you could not use your iPad and use your phone  to check email?

I was wondering if anyone has taken the Celebrity Shadowfax Champagne Lobster Cruise.  How was it?  Was there enough time to see everything?  How many people aboard? How long was the excursion?

I am debating booking a Excursion  with with Celebrity.  Once I book it will they automatically zing my OBC?  Can I cancel the excursion if I change my mind and/or the price drops?  What will happen to my OBC then?

A couple of us who have MacBooks have been having issues with internet connections.  However, our iPhones are working just fine.  I cannot figure that out but may upgrade the OS next time.

 

Laundry came back exactly 24 hours later.  And we did not use the expedited service option.

 

We are going to Murano for lunch ($25) today after our wine tasting.  Then after Murano, heading to an Elite  Afternoon Tea.  I will probably gain a few pounds and need a nap later. 😀

is Murano having a high tea? I have not seen anything recently and wondering if the did away with this. 

In the photo above is that a pitcher of ice tea :-)   Would they be able to do that in concierge cabins?

I hope this is posted on the correct forum.  I will be on Celebrity cruise in the Caribbean and thinking of using resortpass.com to book a day pass while in port.  Has anyone used this? Any problems?  The prices seem better than others. 

The Park Hyatt day pass has peaked my interest.   For $50 looks very nice https://resortpass.com/hotels/park-hyatt-st-kitts-christophe-harbour.   How much is a taxi round trip for two people from the pier? Will the hotel call for a pick up ride?
