Not sure if you're purposely trying to be passive aggressive or not. The extensive arcade aboard the ship was heavily marketed and something my family and particulary my 3 kids looked forward to. It appears to be your inference that "half the games" being broken and taking your money is equivalent to not in "full working order". If you feel that having 50% of the games inoperational should have been common knowledge and widely acceptable to all, you are welcome to that opinion. However, I found this to not have met expectations and fully relevant to the current condition of the ship.
Some examples:
Air hockey game table was cracked
Bowling game took your money, but no bowling balls
Basketball shooting game only had 1 deflated ball
Guitar Hero 2 player mode did not work, but took your money
Another shooting game, screen flickering on and off
Several other games also had issues.
Guest Services refunded us our money without issue, but we would have gladly spent the money and had the experience with a "nearly full working order" arcade.
As for the smoking section surrounding the pool deck, again, this may have been common knowledge to you, but not to my family and probably not to others.
