  1. The tour left at 1p.m. and we returned close to departure time. There

were merchants on the beach, however, there's a shopping area next to

    the port.

We had about 10 vehicles and I think Greg himself was one of the drivers

(not sure, I was in the last vehicle). Remember to take water and

    comfortable walking shoes.

I just found a flyer, there's also a website: Gregssafaris dot com.

  2. I tried my time dining and it worked out very well. A few times I met

lovely people who had room at their tables and I was able to dine with

    them.

On my last cruise, one of the ladies on the roll call made arrangements to

link our reservations and it worked out well. We even dined at Portofino's

as a group. I really enjoyed it.

  3. I took this tour 2 weeks ago and enjoyed it very much. We had a group

of 4x4 vehicles take us around the island and through the rain forest and

were shown lovely views of the island and the ship. We were also taken

to the highest point of St. Kitts and along the way we were shown various

plants & herbs and their uses.

We ended on the black sand beach and were allowed to use the facilities

at Sunset Restaurant. There are a few restaurants on the beach,

however, the people weren't the friendliest so we returned to Sunset.

I booked the tour through Royal Caribbean, it's Greg's Safari and Greg

himself was with us the entire tour. He was born and raised in St.

    Kitts, 5th generation.

  4. I've been following along and wanted to say thank you very much for doing

this. You have been a wealth of information before you even left Texas. I

have enough information to start my own binder.

I am glad you had a great trip, I felt I was right there with you. Your

pictures were great and your savings tips....PRICELESS!

I wanted to let you know you helped me to push Alaska a few notches up

on my bucket list. I'm waiting for the 2015 booking to open.

Once again, thank you for letting me have an Alaskan adventure through

    you.

  5. I spent 9 nights on EN in cabin # 7600 and enjoyed every minute. The

room had a fridge and a safe that allowed me to use my own code. I'm

not sure about noise from the centrum, since I stayed out late almost

every night. The one night I went to bed early, I don't recall hearing any

    noises.

Glad to hear you enjoyed cabin 8600.

I would definitely stay in a POV cabin again.

  6. Thank you so much for doing this review. I had a great time reading, and

    the photos are gorgeous.

As a fellow solo traveler, I cheered when I read your comments. I can't

tell you how many times I heard "Are you alone? Why?"

Now my response is "Yes! Why not?"

I'm glad you had a blast, I enjoyed every moment. Your writing style and

    pics made me want more.

Gotta go now, I have to read another of your reviews. Thanks again for all

    your hard work.

    p.s...Solo cruising rocks.
