I stay as far away from the kids club as possible. But it's down on deck 12, mid, off the pool deck.

We are headed out on the Jewel on Sunday - and were able to upgrade to an H4 Haven suite. We are so excited. A few questions:
How do you contact your concierge in advance to make a request?
Should I cancel my order of bottled water? Not sure if Haven has this avaiable - or if we still need to order it.
I'm confused about which restaurants have special dining for Haven guests for breakfast and lunch... or is it just in the courtyard?
Is room service included in Haven?
Also, this one I can check myself, but haven't had time to look because I was spending so much time reading this fabulous review! How far is the kids club from the Haven deck 14?
Boy are we excited!

We have a four hour drive from Las Vegas to Los Angeles next month, as we eagerly drive to our NCL cruise to Mexico Riveria. <3
I want to create a playlist for our drive - songs to get the family excited.
It will start with the obvious -- The Love Boat Theme. :ship:

We've gotten a family portrait on every cruise. On Carnival and RCI, we did it on the formal night. Since NCL doesn't have a formal night, do they still offer family portraits?

So I've seen a lot of comments in discussions that the drink package allows you to sample cocktails that you wouldn't normally try. I like that.
Any suggestions of some drinks to try?
Obviously there are the specialty drinks on the menus... but perhaps some others as well.

Trying to figure out if I want to purchase an internet package. But I am curious as to the "minutes" calculation. What constitutes 250 "minutes" for instance? Is it 250 minutes when you are logged in... or is it 250 minutes of internet connection consumed.... and how is that determined?
I guess I'm just trying to figure out how long the "minutes" packages would actually last and I realized I didn't know what that means exactly. :confused:

Honeymoon cruise on SS Rembrandt in 2000 (Premier Cruise Lines) out of Port Canaveral. We sailed to San Juan and Saint Thomas, that I can remember.

We just got off a 7-night cruise yesterday on the Jewel... and we scored an upgrade to a Haven Family Suite. Yeah... it only takes once... and then you're spoiled. We REALLY enjoyed the suite -- and the experience was wonderful. The staff made the cruise for us... We would do it again, but it was definitely a splurge.
