A helpful thread. Has anyone had restaurant food/ special meals in their suite. We have a PH next month.

If you didn’t have it before it won’t be included. 

You get luminea, lounge and deck access and other suite amenities. You keep the same drinks package & WiFi you had before the move up. Enjoy the retreat. 

We sail in a PH on Ascent next month. Do the in suite spirits / wine get replaced if consumed?  Also wondering when entertaining guests in PH suite (all who will be Retreat guests with premium drinks package) will butler provide extra wine etc?

On Edge Class no free sauna. 

We secured a PS from Aqua Sky Suite 6 weeks prior to sailing. Very surprised. 

Cunard need to learn from The Retreat and Yacht Club (Celebrity & MSC). They have nailed it. Front of ship, no passing foot fall ohhh and drinks included. 

Grills Terrace now has access locks. Code is in letter in suite upon boarding. 
 

Also call buttons to order drinks is on the terrace. 

We had a move up to Royal Suite. We didn’t cancel reservations incase we lost them. The Retreat Host onboard refunded the fees back to OBC.

That’s my go to on Celebrity and totally agree with you about the difference between the VM, or most other NZ SB for that matter,  and those from either S. Africa or even Chile. In Southampton, Anthem of the Seas, staff bought IKEA gin goblets to cater for the U.K. passengers in their Vintages bar. 

Did they give any indication of how or when they would resolve access to Grills deck?

We have that suite in August. Different layout to what I was expecting. See it’s a central tv divider not fully open plan. Like the look. Doesn’t look like a whirlpool bath?

Sailing on Quest next week. Just wanting to clarify one aspect. I understand we do not need an entry visa as we are tourists from UK staying for under 30 days. Am I correct in thinking that the additional pre-registration entry document is for air arrivals only / Seabourn will take care of anything required. 

Have you checked the Source app. That’s where mine appeared. 

Thanks both. They have appeared today - 9 days to go and counting. Very excited. We disembark in Las Palmas so will miss you. 

We are due to sail on Quest next week. We have completed all our online documentation. However when we go to Source there are no boarding passes. Are others experiencing this? Or is it just another poor IT system that doesn’t work. I’m guessing I can just show up with the final document booklet?

Did you bring your own wine onboard?  If so there will be a corkage fee unless you have a drinks package - even in the retreat. From their website 

“When consumed in a shipboard restaurant, bar or dining venue, each bottle shall be subject to a corkage fee of $25. Corkage fees do not apply to guests who have a Classic or Premium Beverage Package.”

I’m joining Quest next month for a 10 night cruise. I like to relax in a spa on a ship, especially on the heated loungers. A few questions;

1) I see that I can book a day pass for $49. Do they offer a pass for the whole cruise like on other lines? If so how much? 
 

2) Online I can buy a pass for port days. Sea days show as sold out. Is that actually the case or do they reserve some for purchase onboard?

Looking forward to our first Seabourn experience.

I received this as part of an email from Cunard in UK

We are waiting for the Annual Report to be published which will confirm the benefit values.”

I’m guessing, but have never bothered to read it in depth, that it’s hidden in the annual report & accounts that are presented to the AGM.
