  1. I do not drink so I never signed up for Chef Table on any of my cruises. I thought that it was not cost effective if I am not going to have the wine. My travel buddies got me to sign up on my upcoming cruise on Anthem. Assured me that I would enjoy the experience because the food is excellent. So here are my questions:

1- Is the food really that good at Chef Table on Anthem?

2- Is it worth the cost without the wine pairing?

3-Do they offer soda instead of that awful ice tea?

  2. We are thinking about going to Mullet Bay.

1- Can someone tell me what the taxi fare would cost for 3 people. I read on this post that someone paid $6 but had a group of 24. Is there a set pp rate?

2- Is there public transportation and if so can you provide some info.

    Thanks.

  3. This is such a great review. I will be taking 12 day in February and you have definitely increase my excitement about all of the wonderful ports and various venues I plan on experiencing on the ship. I have a couple of questions, if you don't mind. We were still trying to decide what we were going to do in St. Marten and Barbados. Thank you for your feedback.

1- Do you have to pay admission to get onto beach at the Boatyard. Not necessarily looking to rent chairs/umbrella.

2- In St. Marten, where is the RIBS @ Mullet Bay and do you know how to get there using public transportation. Was it easier, cheaper to get there by rental car

3- When/Were do you sign up for puzzle break. Seems like a lot of fun

4- Was there any Latin music/dancing

5- Was 270 the only dance club

  4. Thanks for your responses. FYI, I will be on the 12 day Anthem cruise and we are scheduled to stop in Puerto Rico on February 25, 2016. I called ship and they said that they are due to be at this port at 3:00 which will be the same as PR (port) time. Flavors of San Juan is the excursion which begins at 3:30. They said that it takes about 15 minutes to get to location so I am going to have to try and be one of the first ones off ship when it docks at 3:00. Anyone been there and is it really that short of a distance from cruise terminal. I think that I will be cutting it close.

  5. I think I might have a problem. I booked Flavors of San Juan (a private tour)for 3:30. Although Puerto Rico is part of the US, they don't participate in daylights savings and not sure this even matters.

Our ship, the Anthem is due to get into San Juan at 3:00 but is this the port time or is this the ship time and how do I determine if it will be the same or perhaps later?

  6. I have a choice between these 2 Ocean view Balcony cabins on Anthem cruise in February 2016. I am prone to motion sickness and cabin 12560is at the elevators at the aft of ship. Cabin 6646 is mid-section of ship but there are some venues like a few restaurants (not too close) and two 270 which is at end of ship. I stayed in 6646 would I hear noise and music or am I enough in the middle above the noise. Thanks, I need to make decision is next few days.

  8. I am booked on the February 2016 Anthem cruise. I have my confirmation number but when I went to RC to complete my check in information it said that I would not be able to do this until 90 days prior. to sailing date. Will this keep me from being able to reserve dining and entertainment options? Thanks
