What possible good could come of a thread like this? Bashing just to be bashing?!? There is enough negativity in this world without stirring up more of it!!!

It was announced during the morning announcements. We heard it, but we were on the second wave of excursions, so we left a little later. Karlyne (sp) is very experienced and loves what she does. It shows! We’ve sailed a few times with her. She has handled some challenging situations very gracefully.
