    We bid the minimum, £125 pp, 8 nights.

     

    Our bids on a Deluxe Porthole with Veranda (£80 pp) and Infinite Veranda (£125 pp) expired within a few days of putting in the bids.

    My bid for a MoveUp on Celebrity Edge 24th September has been accepted, from Oceanview to Concierge with Infinite Veranda.

     

    We had already purchased the classic drinks package, wifi and gratuities, which I know we keep.

     

    My question is, with the MoveUp, do we get all of the Concierge amenities, such as daily canapés, wine, embarkation day lunch, tote bag etc, or just the room change?

    Just wondering if anyone has any experience of using these for Rapid Antigen Tests? We are due to travel on a Celebrity cruise, departing Vancouver on 26th June and need to find somewhere reliable to get a pre cruise test on Friday 24th.  Ideally we'd like to get this booked before leaving the UK on 14th June. The cost is $115, which seems very high compared to UK prices but I accept Canada is much more expensive.

     

    Can anyone recommend this clinic or anywhere else downtown?  We are staying at the Sutton Place Hotel.

     

    Thanks in advance, appreciate there are several posts about covid tests but hoping someone can help.

  5. I just contacted Celebrity via Messenger, to make absolutely certain of this prior to changing the date of my test. The response was "Italy is 1 day" - this is so frustrating!!!

    I responded saying the new advice, dated yesterday, was that it was now 2 days so could they please confirm - no reply!

    Is it 1 or 2???

  6. Celebrity have just confirmed I do still need the antigen test. I also asked for reassurance that the test can be taken within 2 days now as per yesterdays update and the agent (on Messenger) came back and said 1 day for Italy!!!

    It's so stressful not having absolute clarity on this.

    I have just been reviewing the new sailing requirements published yesterday.

    It states that guests who have recovered from covid between 11-180 daysprior to the sail date can present a Certificate of Recovery and proof of positive PCR test in order to board.

     

    Is that INSTEAD of the Antigen test or as well as? 

     

    Sorry if I am being thick but it's not 100% clear to me!

    1) Can you recall what champagne by the glass was available on the Premium Package?

     

    2) On menus I have seen posted it states individual martinis are priced at $15.5, our Premium Package covers drinks up to $15, so do we incur a 50 cents charge each time?

  9. I have checked this but it isn't specific - it says "Champagnes and favorite wines such as Conundrum White and Red Blends, Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon, J&H Selbach Riesling Kabinett, Louis Jadot Chardonnay, Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Blend, Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc and Edmeades Zinfandel.

     

    Has anyone recent experience of what champagne is available by the glass on The Edge?

    I am in a Sky Suite on Celebrity Edge departing Rome on 6th May.

     

    Can someone currently on or just off Edge confirm what champagne by the glass is available on the Premium Package?

     

    Also, could we ask our Butler to bring us bottles of champagne and cheese/meat/crackers to our suite at no extra charge?

  12. Hi, hoping someone can provide some help/advice.

     

    Looking to complete the PLF for upcoming cruise. We are flying into Rome a day early. Do we complete 2 PLFs? One selecting "Aircraft " as this is how we are entering Italy,  and then a 2nd form selecting "Cruise "? The form doesn't allow me to enter 2 different transportation types.

     

    Finding this a bit confusing 😕 😐

  13. We cruise on Edge on 6th May and I was able to check in yesterday and upload pic and vaccination documents.  However can't choose a check in time yet, Celebrity say there is an issue that they are currently working on.

  14. Hi, I am on the Edge with 2 friends in May in Sky Suite 9183. I have been on a number of Celebrity cruises but this will be the first time in a Suite (it's my friends 50th birthday so we decided to really treat ourselves). I hope you can help with some questions I have.

     

    What time we are allowed to embark?

    Are the Suites available immediately upon embarkation or do we need to wait until the afternoon to get access?

    Do Suite guests get their luggage any earlier or is it just pot luck?

    Will we be OK to decorate the Suite with balloons/banners etc to celebrate?

    Will there be 3 of everything in the Suite i.e. 3 chairs on the balcony/3 glasses etc

    Would Luminae be willing to provide a birthday cake? (appreciate there may be a charge for this).

     

    Thank you for any help, I am so excited about this trip, neither of my 2 friends have cruised before so I want this to be the experience of a lifetime for them.

    Our 1st April cruise was cancelled on 14th March, the same day we requested a cash refund as opposed to FCC. 83 days later we still haven't received this.

    Has anyone in the UK received a refund yet after cancelling same date or later than ours?

    I have emailed Oceania several times and they keep saying "it is moving through the process", whatever that means.

    Really disappointed with Oceania.
