    I booked the my NCL cruise with Canadian $ with TA, when I check in on line and pay the shore excursions, it's also shows as Canadian $, Is there a way that I pay the shore excursions in US$, could I call NCL directly to pay?

  3. Hi Everyone,

     

    My parents booked Serenade of the Seas sailing on Sep 25, 2016 , they don't speak English well, I was thinking to get the dining room menu and translate it for them and they could bring it when they are on board, so it will be easier for them to order food in the dining room. Anybody could advise where I could get the menu.

  4. The DW cabins are mid-forward and mid-aft on Emerald Deck, in roughly the same area as most of the BW. Above the public areas on Promenade Deck but not directly over Princess Theater or Vista Lounge so noise shouldn't be a big issue. If you find Emerald deck a convenient location (as I do) then being offered a larger cabin at no charge is a gimme.

     

    Other than being larger there is no real difference; no privileges associate with Deluxe Balcony over standard. Enjoy your cruise.

  5. Hi all, we just received upgrade email from Princess to upgrade our cabin from BW to DW, is there big difference between those two, we are pretty happy with the BW cabin that we chosen, I would like to know what is the pro about the DW to make up our mind. :)

    Your welcome. Curious...did you receive a reply back through MBayleys office or was it from your Facebook post.

     

    The gentleman is not from Mbayleys office, he is from one of the cooperate 's office , but he did mention the email that I sent, and I also mentioned my email on their facebook, so not very sure which part it from.

  7. I have resent the email yesterday ( the first one was sent to them last Friday) and posted on RCI's facebook this morning. I notice that they have put comments on the posts before and after me but mines is still empty.

     

    How long should I wait , I worried that as the sailing date close ( Mar 15, 2015), if they did not provide the solution I will have to cancel the cruise . Now their offer is no penalty if I cancel, if I waited too long, they may change it.

  8. Update: I received a call an hour ago from someone in Adam Goldstein's office. It took a while but they finally did call.

     

     

    Would you please advise which email did you send to Mr.Adam Goldstein's.

    I have a problem with my booking and is looking for solution, their customer service does not help at all.

  9. I would resend yor email and also post on the Royal Caribbean Facebook page. I did that about a problem I had and had amost immediate response. I was factual and respectful and things were resolved to my satisfaction.

    Good luck to you and keep trying.

  10. Email Enquiries to Mr Bayley's office aren't being dealt with very quickly just now. You could wait up to a couple of weeks.

     

    Our Cruise is next month. Can't wait several weeks for their reply. We come to this cruise with other 8 families, except my family, they are all first time RCI cruiser, I actually suggested them to try RCI, and now I am the one may not be able to go with them :(

  11. That is what I would expect and nothing less than that. It was clearly an operator error as you have one of the 2 cruises you booked at the same time in CDN. Why should you have to pay any more because they made the mistake. It's also not your problem that their new computer system makes it very difficult to do any kind of manual overrides to correct issues like this.

     

     

     

    Sent the email to mbabley@rccl.com on Friday, have not heard back anything yet, worse to worse I will cancel the trip and post my experience to their face book.

    Thank you very much Ken, Just finished another phone with the resolution team they said the best offer they can do is to let me cancel with out penalty and rebook it with the current rate which is $1000 more that what I currently paying or keep my booking as it is , so dis pointed with them.

     

    I am now writing the email to the address you told me, I am coming with other 10 families for this trip and I convinced them to come to RCL and Now I get punished !

    Your e mail will end up in the hands of the executive guest relations team who is able to fix things that even resolutions cannot. This is not acceptable. Keep trying.

     

    They usually respond within a day.

    BTW, do you think it is possible to keep the current booking with the same price that I suppose to pay in Canadian $ ( e.g, the total price should be $3500 CAD, not $3500 USD)
