I cruised to Alaska in September on the Zuiderdam. While on board I gambled and lost my $50. A few days ago I received a cheque for $53! All it said was casino Zuiderdam. Anyone have any idea on why I received this?

Greetings all. We enjoyed our Zuiderdam 7 night cruise Van to Van in Alaska last week, that we booked the Volendam 21 day next April fr Ft. Lauderdale to Van, Panama. This time we are an ocean view on deck 1. I am having a hard time finding these answers. 1. Can you book a early or late seating for the total cruise? 2. Can you request a window? 3. In the Pinnacle Grill, when you make your reservation, is there a way to request a window table? That's it for now but I'm sure I will have more questions! Cheers

We are so confused. We are Canadians and sailing out of Vancouver for Alaska. Holland sent us an email instructing us to fill out our Arrivecan prior to embarking. We are aware of crossing into Canada from USA visits with our arrivecan. But why do we need it on embarking Canada?

Sailing from Vancouver to Alaska next week. I would like to confirm we each can bring 1 bottle of wine to be kept in our stateroom at no charge? How do we declare this? Carry separately or pack in suitcase? Thank you.
