Hi. Im arriving at. Red Hook on Queen Mary in September. I need to get across to Manhatten Cruise Terminal to board an NCL.cruise What is best way to travel ? Do I get the ferry to Wall St from Red Hook and then hail a cab ? Is there a better way to make the journey? Thanks for your help

Hi. I’m an International Traveller arriving in New York on Queen Mary to Red Hook terminal and transferring the same day to NCL Joy leaving from Manhattan pier. Tight time scale for testing! NCL and Cunard not helpful. Anyone know where we can get a walk in proctored test somewhere near either of these locations. Many Thanks
