    Yes, retired LEO are eligible. We have gotten it several times. But it’s not on every sailing and not every date. You just catch it when you can. I caught it on our May 2024 sailing. Called and they added the discount - $600 - and it was gone 8 hours later.  No rhyme or reason. Take the 3 minutes it takes to do a mock booking every few days and see if you catch one.

    Lately the best I’ve seen is $9.99. Funny, no matter what % off they’re advertising they always seem to end up with the same bottom line price of $9.99/day.  Creative math 🤣!  I’ll be interested to see what price they come up with for this year’s Black Friday sale. 

    We did the same. Purchased Black Friday 2021 for Sept 2022 Anthem sailing- $5.99.  Great deal.

    I will echo the opinion to stay near the airport.  However, and I'm sorry to say that I don't remember the name of the shuttle service, the shuttle service that we contacted, booked, and confirmed as late as the night before the cruise, never showed up.  I called when the shuttle was supposed to be there and they said the driver called in sick and they were working on getting a replacement driver.  Needless to say, I was pissed.  The Concierge at the hotel (Crown Plaza (Okay hotel, nothing special)) called a Limo Company, and a big and beautiful black Suburban showed up about 5 minutes later, the driver was in a traditional "Chauffer" uniform, opened doors for the ladies, loaded the baggage, drove to the port directly (no other stops), offered bottled water, and we got to the pier at or before the time that we guessed we would be there with the original shuttle service.  It only cost us about $20.00 more than the Shuttle would have and a much better experience.  

    Do you happen to remember who the limo service was?

    I am not on the Reflection until December and also have been having some issues with the app.  I booked dinner reservations for the anytime dining for the first 6 nights for 6 of us but now the app won’t let me book the last 2 nights of the cruise.  It just says there is an error and try again.  I have deleted the app/refreshed it, etc… and nothing fixes that.  Even signed in with my wife’s phone under her and same thing, we can’t book a dinner reservation for the last 2 nights.

    Try logging on the website on a computer, tablet or laptop. That is the only way I was able to get it accomplished. Had no problems from the web site.

    May I ask how you connected it? Last cruise we were on they had the “input” button blocked so we couldn’t change it to use the fire stick.  What is the trick to change the input?

    While I had no expectation that I would see anything different, I looked anyway.  It is not there, but I didn’t see a menu that included the Bleu Cheese Soufflé app which is usually on the second chic night along with lobster.  On our Beyond cruise in October, both of those items are, indeed, on the menu for the second chic night.  I would be surprised if that menu was discontinued on one ship and not others.  Perhaps there is a night with an inaccurate menu loaded - but who knows.

    Thanks for checking. It’s good to have a second pair of eyes.  I’m hoping the menus are just not accurate, much like the rest of the app.

    Go to Daily Planner. Swipe up where the grey line is just above Daiky Planner and My Calendar. The next screen has the refresh on the right next to filter.

    Wonder how long it took some IT person to find the best hiding place? 🤣

    Stated perfectly. We chose to make reservations at 6:30- in between early and late. The reason we make reservations is so we get the same table, same wait staff, etc every night. It’s nice to get to your table and your preferred drink is waiting for you and the servers know your likes and dislikes.

    Wish I could believe that. We sail in 7 days on Sept 10. Our app is useless.  Doesn’t show anything in our cruise planner.  I log into our account on the website and everything is there- all excursions, OBC, dining times, etc.  The app shows we are fully checked in and ready to sail, but that’s it.  Nothing else is showing.  Hopefully once we board, it will straighten up, or we won’t need it anyway.
