Just found out gf has a cardiac issue unable to travel scheduled to take Serenade out of Boston 10/22 we have insurance so fare will be paid by insurance company I have booked spa and chef dinner. Question is do I need to cancel myself or when trip gets cancelled will those things be automatically returned to card? First time cancelling after 57 cruises guess I should not feel bad
