Sorry I caught that after posting

I believe you don't get them until after your cruise....
We sailed in February
-
Just got off the phone with Captains Club. These people are driving me crazy. Now to paraphrase it their response is ---did we say March, we meant April.
We only took the Feb cruise in AQ to qualify for Elite+ before our transatlantic in April. More promises of phone calls and assurances that it'll be taken care of. At this point I don't believe much of what it said.

Yes

We too are awaiting these bonus points for an Aqua class booking. The points for the actual saling were posted quickly but it's been almost 6 weeks since we returned and still no bonus points. We were counting on those points to make Elite+ before our TA cruise in late April. I guess I'll wait a little longer before I start really bugging them about it.
As seems to be the norm lately promised update calls have not materialized. I miss the good old days of great customer service.

During the 123 promotion last December there was a statement in the fine print that said 25 bonus CC points would be awarded to members booking AQ or above. It also said that the points would be awarded within 14 days of the end of the cruise. We'll we are now at 1 month post cruise and no bonus points. We did get the points for the actual sailing but no bonus. We were counting on the bonus to make it to Elite+ for our upcoming TA cruise.
So the question is has anyone succeeded in actually getting theses points posted to their account? I have contacted CC by phone and they said they would get back to me but I'm still waiting.

We just tried to use shareholders with PYP and were declined - not combinable.

Can anyone confirm that the Mast Grill is open on embarkation day? Also I am going on the Reflection in a couple of weeks and have looked over the web for a menu on the grill and so far have only found hamburgers/hot dogs and fries. Am I missing anything else they serve for food?
Yes it is open and yes burgers and dogs are pretty much the menu.

You are not alone. I've been locked out for quite some time. Several phone calls did not result in a fix. Supposedly the latest software update has rendered a number of passwords useless. Was told they would get IT to look into it.
I've sent an email to Bayley's office to see if they can get action from IT. Any other website seems to be able to generate temporary passwords if there is a problem but not so with Celebrity.:(

I think we were at pier 4 earlier this month
-
Thanks. I will certainly give them a chance to correct before getting too upset.;)
-
Apologies for a repetitious request but could someone give me the email address for Michael Bayley. I can't get in to My Celebrity and the people I've spoken to have been less than helpful.

Given that you don't drink I would say pick tips and OBC. It's true that you can get sodas and water on the bev packages but would they total to more than tips?
-
1 yes
2 no
3 yes, no dining room lunch on port days

Thanks for feed back. I talked to someone at Captains Club and she is having the IT people Loki into it. Of course that may not result in a solution given ITs reputation

Any one else unable to sign in to My Celebrity? Keep getting told user name/password incorrect. Even had user name/password sent to me in case I had suddenly lost my mind and it still tells me it's wrong.
Anyone have an idea who I would call to get info?

It is my understanding that the CC host/hostess is considered as an officer and this would not be tipped
-
No to 1and 2. Dryer is okay for short hair.
-
Definitely wish her success but hate to see her go as we thought she was the best hostess we ever had.

You may need to lift up the bed (very easy to do, not at all heavy) to get it past the ridge on the side but it should be ok after that.

There is elite breakfast usually in the fancy restaurant and an evening happy hour that MAY close the sky lounge from 5-7 (depends on the number of Elites on board). Other than that there isn't much that's closed off.

West Nile is probably just as dangerous for seniors or immunosupressed and Otis not at all uncommon in the states. If it were really bad in st Martin CDC would post a higher level warning

Deck 2 or 3 midship. DH sometimes has motion sickness and movement is at a minimum there.

If you have any luck please post. When I called last week they said I should call if I don't have them by the 4-8. They did not however specify a year.
