From a midnight buffet perspective, I just expect it to have some sort of edible food. It’s midnight. You’re drunk. To complain about the spread, is silly.

I don’t think you can simply cash out OBC. You could probably charge the full amount of OBC to your Player Bank and then go cash out your Player Bank.

At the slot machines, you can "Charge to room" for no charge. This then goes to your "Player Bank". At the tables, if you "Charge to your room", there is a 3% charge. At the tables, if you get funds from Player Bank, there is no charge.

On the Marci Gras in September, I purchased 2 extra bottles at half price(3 total). I was able to take both bottles unopened.

They do have some Ports throughout the ship. Generally something like Six Grapes Port. This is a perfect example of bringing on the one bottle allowed per person.. Ports are a great wine to bring a good tawny, 10, 20 or 30 year.
