How do people manage if they can't (or prefer not to) install the App on their phones? Just show up at the terminal building?

I bought my Princess Plus package in mid June 2023 for a cruise in November 2023. I hope room service is included! I guess $14.99 isn't all that much, but things add up quickly on board.

How can you tell which version you have?

Hold your thumb and forefinger together, like you just took a pinch of salt. Place on screen, slowly open. That should enlarge the image so you can read it. You can also move it around: scroll side to side, up-down, etc. My apologies if you already know this! I mean well.

How can you tell how full the ship is? I occasionally see people saying their ship is at XX% capacity, before they sail.

This is a handy calendar of when ships will be in each terminal in Galveston. It's not uncommon to have three ships embark and disembark in the same morning. I would stay in Galveston; it's a lot more fun than Houston. Plus, with Houston traffic being famously brutal, I would want to stay closer to the ship rather than risk sweating through a traffic delay. Comfort Suites in Galveston (3606 89th Street, Galveston, TX, 77554 (409) 741-9977 1350) has good reviews. Price goes up the longer you wait, but generally $144 the night before a cruise. They have a shuttle to take you to/from the terminal for $25 pp round trip, which I think is reasonable, and then you get free parking (for those of you driving in).

I did get it sorted out, but it took three phone calls. Actually, I haven't tried it this week, so I may be speaking too soon.

Security and Privacy of Medallion I have a lot of questions / concerns about how well our personal information is protected, the measures they have in place for theft, and so on. I spent many years of my career in IT Security, so my default is 'distrust'. Plus, all the problems reported with this App don't inspire confidence. I'm struggling with it now. Some specific questions. What is the effective range? When people crowd around a retail cash register, how does the staff know which person's account is being charged? If it's stolen, how does the cruise line prevent spurious charges?
