i found out yesterday that after this update, Medallion appl does not recognized that i have already paid for Internet (it was there before the recent update).
i have spent about 1.5 h on the phone with Navigator yesterday, all she was able to do is to start a ticket.
what is strange, that appl shows existing internet plan for the cruise that was bought with Princess Plus but does not recognized when internet was bought separately.

i have 2 cruises cancelled on Diamond (one for June and second one for December), found it out from Facebook posts, still no email from Princess about it😢

There is no direct number (at least for cruisers)
you would need to call regular number and ask to be transferred to EzAir department- last Friday it took me only 2.5 hours before I was able to talk to that dept representative

United cancelled 12 pm flight i had a reservation for and moved me to a flight leaving 6 h later
it did not have anything to do with EzAir
i do not like that but i would cost me about $800 if i will rebook my flight

out of 5 cruises taken after restarting, i received email about shipment only one time, usually i can see it via Informed Delivery system.
Last cruise, package with medallion had been moving between 2 small towns in WI for a week before it finally made it to CA. BTW, it was still showing as not shipped in application almost for a week after i received it.

i've read all your reviews as soon as it appeared and loved each one of it but have been a silent reader (not really - you should hear me laughing), i even shared some of your posts with my son.
i was so excited today (saw link on Princess board) that could not resist to thank you.
i've learned a lot from your reviews, went with you and Carol to places i've have not been yet.
your writing style accompanied with pictures making me feel that i am there with you - i hope you do not mind especially that it does not happen in real time.
also my thanks to Carol who is making sure we know the correct name for the drivers, waiters, ets and looks great at the same time.

i have been using BinaxNow AG card home test with supervision (so glad that it is accepted by Princess)

there is no printed slip - if you have something to cash out, it would go on your Medallion. then, you go to the cashier, use your Medallion, enter pin number, sign the receipt and get your money from the cashier

when you call room service asking for exchange, consider asking how long it will take for coffee package to show up on your medallion - they tell you.
so not get scared when you see charges on your shipboard account for coffee package right after that exchange happened, it will be deleted next day (my personal experience on Grand recently)
