People say cruise lines are 5&10 centing us. This is more than 5&10. I think it is gouging! Small box of POPCORN on Symphony OTS. OH YES, made fresh by the Royal Theater, Studio B & Aqua Theater. Only $3.50. Was free before. Bring your own and you can make a fortune. LOL

Why do they have exercise classes in the Pizza? That is in the morning and the noise level is unbearable! You cannot have a conversation with others. We were on the Enchanted Princess for 22 days. It was very disappointing. JMHO HAPPY CRUISING!

In reality, the only plus for the Crown Lounge now is the food if you are looking for snacks. Otherwise, you can meet your friends in any lounge and get your drinks. Yes, the lounge is a quiet place during the day, too.

As an Elite+ on X and Diamond+ on Royal i am aware of the benefits of each like you are. Just call this even. Cheers!

If the Sun has the same features in the Elite Lounge as the Enchanted Princess there is no comparison between the two Lounges. RCI Crown (formerly Diamond) Lounge is a dedicated lounge that is open all the time. Crown has food in the morning and in the evening from 5-8pm. Based on your status Diamond, Diamond+ or Pinnacle you get 4, 5 or 6 drinks per day at most bars. Here is a copy of what you get based on status. As for Princess the Elite Lounge has a limited menu of drinks that you must pay for. On our last cruise some people thought the drinks were free in the Elite Lounge and found out days later they were not. I believe it was $6 or $8 per drink. With the Medallion the staff in the Elite Lounge would not ask for your Medallion as it would identify you and the staff could see your picture. So, you would not have to sign any receipt. I am not aware of this? 'As Diamond or above, you get 2 additional 50% off beers/wines/soda coupons as well..' Is this something new? Is it on your Cruise Card? TIA

Thank you for your feedback. Since you don't drink alcohol this does not really apply to you. You would still get your get unlimited lattes/teas/ chocolate throughout the day. During that 2 hours how many waters plus the occasional soda/tonic/ginger ale all in unopened cans and juices do you get that 2 hours on the way in to dinner? Remember, there are more than you two and us on this ship. So, how would changing the time from 2 hours to x number all day affect all the others on this ship out of approximately 3,000 passengers? Consider others who may want this change. Cheers Mate!

Who is moaning? Isn't the purpose of these forums to make suggestions and provide info? A suggestion is not moaning.

Where do I say the I want x to be like RCI? Don't you think you would have more flexibility with drink during the entire day rather than 2 hours from 5-7?

Surprising that those X on here have no comments on these latest postings. Apparently, no change is a good change.

With all these options, why wouldn't someone not want to have this changed on X? I have suggested this many times on here to no avail. Their loss. Have a great day!

Totally agree with you! it is a shame that others don't want this change on X. Different strokes for different folks. It was a battle when this change was suggested on RCI years ago, too. However, now most people find this very accommodating for them. Happy Cruising!!
