Kids can order from the main menu. And in our case, sometimes we'd like to order from the kid's menu too. It is alright, vice versa. ☺

We were upgraded to a concierge cabin. We are vegetarians, so they swap the daily canape to cheese platter and/or fruit platter.

I have been to Halong Bay but not with any cruise line. You will see the karsts from your ship when sailing in and out to moor at the bay.

On an excursion, you'll be on a smaller boat so you can have a closer look. In a half day tour I believe you have time to go ashore on one or two islands and enter the cave there. There are steps and lighting so it is quite safe, and beautiful.

Celebrity will have a better description of what is included in your excursion.

Our first cruise with Royal, we were in boardwalk balcony room in Allure. No robe. We just asked our cabin attendant, and he got it for us.

Entirely at your discretion, say $2 to $5, depending the size of your order. It is not that they will stay like asking for the tip, so if you want to tip, better to prepare so it is handy.

We will be on board the Mariner OTS with our grandchildren ages 2, 4 and 6 (their first cruise).

Do they have to carry a seapass card like we do? If so, how best to make them carry it without losing it?

Shall we make it void so they will not make unnecessary charges?

We routinely get our free hot chocolate from the Cafe Promenade every night :D

For excursion, we refill our bottles in the Windjammer. Not direct from the dispenser! Fill up a clean glass, then pour into the bottle. :)

As vegetarians, usually there is only one entree for us. I always peek the menu before dinner time. If it is not to our liking, we just have to go somewhere else.:rolleyes:
