Just to give an update. Their system created new crown and anchor numbers for us. The agent has no idea how it happened but apparently we were not the only ones this happened to on that cruise. Now he is trying to merge the new with old. All very strange.

We recently did the three night freedom new years cruise. They are telling us that we dont earn any points. Been cruising for 17 years and diamond plus and never heard of this before. Did I miss something?
