With her new paint scheme, she looks like a new ship.  

I really do like the new paint scheme for the Carnival ships.  Someone(s) in Miami made a darn good decision.

Interesting thought.  Isn't Glory one of those in the generations just beyond the Fantasy Class?  Are there any others between the remains of the Fantasy Class and those of that generation?  

Some of the NCL's hull art does fit where the ships were originally deployed, i.e. Gateway, Breakaway, etc., but when a ship needs to be deployed on an itinerary that is quite different from what had been intended:  makes me wonder.  What were the NCL "suits" thinking?  Other than rather short term thinking.  

I like the new paint scheme for the hull.  Like Mardi Gras, it's tasteful and very unlike NCL's hull designs.

Great to see Captain Dag again!  He was at the helm of the Prinsendam when I sailed with him.  A very guest friendly and approachable ship's Master.
