U can buy drinks from the bar, but not from room service or cheers until the next day
-
That's great to hear! I would be concerned that with so many VIP's on board at once, all you would hear about was chair hogs, smoking, cut backs, bottles of water, losing a $7 drink...
We didn't lose our 7 dollar drink, just the red and gold cards lost it

I don't see where the steakhouse is located, but according to the menu, u can order off of the steakhouse menu in the MDR. Is this true or is there a steakhouse?

We sailed on the Valor 2nd week of December, and ate in the steakhouse on the 3rd night, and it was so good, that we ate again on the 5th night. Between the 4 of us, we had the filet, the cowboy, the surf and turf and the strip, all were very good. The service on the 2nd trip was better than the 1st.

My wife and I both use CPAPs, and often there is not an outlet on both sides of the bed for our CPAPs, so we always pack an extension cord. Since this is a medical device, and I keep it with the CPAP, do I need to worry about it being confiscated? Normally power strip have only a 3' or 6' cord so they are not suitable for the CPAP. Is there anything I can do in advance to avoid this issue?
I also use a cpap machine and have brought an extension cord packed with my machine on more than 10 cruises, and never had an issue.

We just got off the Valor on sunday and the drill was at 9:30

In Coz, we did the AI at Mr Sanchos...I wouldnt do it again, because if you cant catch a buzz after 13 drinks , may as well stop trying--the food buffet was decent, and the service was exceptional--Elvis/Edgar were there anytime we needed something....Last time we went to Paradise beach, and will most likely do so again next time, as when we did so, we did the pay as you go for food and drinks, and we spent less and the drinks were better.
Happy Sails!
Curious as to what you were drinking ? We have been to Sanchos several times and thought the drinks were pretty good

The Elation will be drydocked this October for its upgrades

My son and girlfriend went to mr sanchos and dove with Ramon Zapata and they said the dive was amazing, they dove the sana rosa wall and even went thru a couple of caves. They saw a nurse shark and several other amazing fish

I believe if you get to 1500 points in a year you get the free drinks in the casino and if you take another carnival cruise within 12 months it carries over, if you don't sail within 12 months it may start over. I cannot answer this exactly for sure because we cruise a few times a year maybe somebody else can give you the definite answer.
Never heard of this, my wife almost always gets the drinks on us card and we took 4 cruises last year and she had to earn it every cruise

The man is very lucky. Our cruise in September of 2011 a man jumped off the Conquest in Cozumel Mexico. His body was never found.
I was on that cruise...He was never found because he bounced off of a lifeboat (we had a balcony and saw part of hid t-shirt hung on the lifeboat) so he was probolly knocked out when he hit the water

yes u can order from room service and prices are the same as bonvoyage

A lot of ships go to Belize--roatan and Cozumel...Costa Maya has not nearly as many cruise ships, so I would for sure dive there
-
My son and his girlfriend will be diving with Ramone from Mr Sanchos on the 28th of March, so if ur cruise is after that I might be able to give u info
-
Do u still get a 25% discount on ur 25th cruise, and if so is it for just ur cruise or both in the cabin??
-
Myself and my wife took about 10 cruises with our B/C card before we got our passports, If it is state issued and has the seal, then they have to accept it just as they accept the paper version.

What is the cost and is there a cheaper option as well?
parking at the port is $16.00 per day, but there are some motels that offer free parking if u stay at their hotel...try stay123dotcom

black forest gateu is my favorite in the mdr and I like the key lime pie on the buffet, but on 1 cruise they served a key lime cake and was incredible

The Tervis Tumbler are only available on ships that have Red Frog Rum Bar and Blue Iguana Tequila Bar.
On Breeze back in October, they were $9 and change + tax and gratuity without the lid and $14 and change + tax and gratuity with the lid.
They are for sale in the fun shop

sales tax out of new Orleans the first night all the way down the mississippi

Just look at the crowds and u can see the one that is more popular, lots of seats at the family shows and almost every adult show is standing room only. I'm sure the waiters and bar staff really enjoy serving all those sodas to kids on the soda program instead of adults buying drinks and tipping them.

In my opinion, if u drink in the morning then cheers is a no brainer. The one's of us that don't like bloody marys or mosas find it hard to get our moneys worth on port days, but sea days u will easily drink more than 50.00 worth.

If u play no limit poker, u charge the money to ur sail & sign card and there is no fee for that, then u can cash out at the cage and they will pay u in cash
On Magic Now! Is Carnival Card Worth It
in Carnival Cruise Lines

Where did u see the extra 10% offer for carnival card holders? I have researched and can only find 10% not the 20% that you are talking about
