I see there's a 'learn to surf' excursion, but I don't want a lesson, just access to a surf board or body board for the day! Are there good waves (obviously that depends on a lot of factors)? Are the beaches near the cruise ships over crowded?

Thanks for the opinions and experiences! We got lured by the new ship and new itinerary for me, so we chose the Carnival Celebration for this upcoming cruise. Cove balcony with Cloud 9 spa access, definitely excited!

Hi! I've cruised on Royal Caribbean & Carnival - I know what to expect on them in terms of food, entertainment and atmosphere, and I like them both for what they have to offer at their price points. Please let me know if I should consider broadening my horizons on NCL, Celebrity, or Princess, and why? What makes any of them nicer or more special than the other? I do realize that this question is still very specific ship based too, so I'll dig into more research on specific ships, but just curious on opinions and comparisons of the different lines in general? Thank you!
