You are preaching to the choir! Better off writing to Bill Prince, HAL's vice president of entertainment, c/o Holland America Line, 450 Third Avenue West, Seattle, WA 98119, or better still, to his boss, HAL's president, Gustavo "Gus" Antorcha and voice your displeasure with the underusing of the main stage

I also would like to have the full production cast with four vocalists and up to eight dancers back! The shows, prior to the full cast of singers and dancers being cut, had really improved (yes, subjective) two-three years prior. And yes, the circular stages on the now three Pinnacles have a lot of "technical stuff" that is not being used. Having said all that, the Step One Co. dancers do an excellent job in the mean time!

I will write to Mr. Prince and Gus and give my opinion of the stage entertainment.  Maybe it would help if more passengers also wrote to them.  A squeaky wheel gets heard.  So let's do some squeaking. 🤔

They are at the coffee stations and the stewards will get them for you

I wouldn't count on getting Splenda from anyone.  I asked several times and I think only once I got two packets of Splenda and once they gave me this little shaker marked Splenda with three tiny holes that I couldn't get very much to come out.  Luckily I usually carry my own Splenda and had a few packets with me.  The rest of the time when I asked they offered me stevia (so?), equal or sweet and low.

  3. I had cabin 4062 on this cruise and and was also changed but now I have a guarantee cabin and have no idea where I will end up.  I didn't book a guarantee cabin and I hope I get some compensation for this change.  As long as I am on deck 4 it would be fine if they want to give me a balcony cabin.  I'm 4 star so it doesn't matter how many stars you have for this to happen.

  4. Hi Kazu,

I am now on the 24-day European Capitals & Atlantic Sojourn cruise on the Rotterdam leaving on October 10, 2021.  I decided to change to that one when they changed the date of the TA Crossing cruise.  And hopefully it will sail with no more changes and Europe will be Covid free.  Got both my shots and can't wait to sail again.

I am also booked on the 14-day Holy Land & Ancient Kingdoms Explorer cruise on the Volendam leaving on September 24, 2022.  Trying again to get to the Holy Land.

I am still on the March 31. 2022 cruise from New Zealand.  Hopefully I will finally get to New Zealand & Australia.

  5. Hi Jacqui,

I have booked a few more cruises in the case the one I have already doesn't sail.

I have booked the Westerdam 12 Day Holy Land & Ancient Kingdoms May 26 to June 7, 2021.  Then the new Rotterdam 14 Day Atlantic Sojourn October 10 to October 24, 2021.  And in case the 2021 New Zealand cruise doesn't sail I have booked the Oosterdam 39 Day New Zealand & South Pacific Crossing Collector cruise March 31 to May 8, 2022. 🤔

    Thanks,

    Dorothy 🤗
