Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. We were on Harmony and brought our kids, but there weren't that many kids on our sailing.
  2. That is what we just did. We feel one week a year at least when they are young is okay for our kids.
  3. 😂🤣😂 it didn't, but we also didn't get in it after day 1, lol. They did drain it halfway through our cruise and refill which makes you wonder... I told my kids sorry, but that is "people soup" and no we weren't getting back in. 🤷‍♀️
  4. They probably do which sucks because then I'm sure they wonder about those who are telling the truth when calling too.
  5. Yeah, I had looked just the day prior and they weren't there, but we had our two small kids with us and I didn't think of it on departure day.
  6. Thank you! We should be refunded in a few days.
  7. Ours were picked up from our room, never from a chair.
  8. Apparently they charged us and it already went through. Which is funny because the 1st several times we got towels they wouldn't even scan our card since we were in a suite...
  9. We just got off Harmony and while I am not certain it wad heated, the "beach pool" definitely had very warm water. We would walk through it after getting off one of the water slides and it was really warm.
  10. We had left some pool towels in our stateroom. We planned to take them up to the pool deck towel attendant, but had gone in a different direction and were going to do so later. Our stateroom attendant picked them up, but we were charged for them. I had asked the pool towel attendant if it would be an issue and he said no. I have reached our to RC, but am waiting on a response. Has this happened to anyone else? If so did RC fix it?
  11. We're on Harmony right now. I thought we were going to have to wait and hope for no shows because I couldn't get into most of the shows ahead of time, but once onboard there were tons of tickets available for all of the shows and all of the times. It wss super easy to book then.
  12. Most shows open up a month in advance. That being said I didn't realize that myself and only learned you could pre-book a week before our sailing on the Harmony. We are on board now and once on board there were a lot of additional reservations open. So it seems like they hold some back for once the cruise begins in case you miss your chance beforehand.
  13. If we make it there for lunch I will let you know. :)
