  1. I just got this back from Celebrity today ..... Dear Mr. Burton: Please accept our apologies that we could not respond to you as quickly as we had hoped. You have my gratitude for patiently awaiting our reply. Since the 6 bottles of 16.9 OZ Pepsi soda and the 12 water plastic bottles of 12 OZ can fit in a carry-on bag, these will be allowed onboard. You can bring as many non-alcoholic beverages onboard that fit in your carry-on bag. I hope this helps.
  2. That same for my wife and her Pepsi. I sent an email to Celebrity and they said I would get a response in 72 hours. Lets see.
  3. All I find on the web site is this. Can I bring soda or water onboard with me? Yes! On embarkation day only, guests are welcome to bring on any non-alcoholic beverages. They are limited to what can be hand-carried onboard by each individual. It does not specify if they can be bottles of soda, like 16 oz bottles. I hate to call, so I ask here. Thanks

  5. We booked on Carnival in Mar 23 for the reason of taking our Grandson on his first cruise. Yes it had a lot of kids on it. But we expected it and liked it for him. If I was looking for quite, I would not go in MAR.

  7. Is the app faster on the ship? Seems to take a long time to load now.
  8. Where on the Emerald are the Planks and Steamers located? I looked at the Deck Plans and cannot find them. I also did a search and found nothing.
  9. I am in the process of canceling my Promotion. I tried to use the Hotel certificates and the 7 Day Free Stay still cost you to use. I did a mock lookup and a Normal rate of $1140 hotel stay was still $400 plus my 7 night stay certificate.
  10. Hello, We are new to Princess and have booked our first cruise with them. They offered an package from Princess Promotions that included a large FCC, on board credit, and a bunch of Hotel credits. Just wanting to see what other people have done. It sounds good, as long as you can use the Hotel credits to their fullest.
  11. On the home page you will see at the top "*AARP Rewards" link. Click it and then scroll down until you see picture of gift cards. Under it will be a link "See All Rewards". Click it and then scroll down and you will see "All Rewards". There starts all the gift cards. You can use the search to find the cards you are looking for.
  12. I just contacted Virgin and the Loyalty Match is over. They said stay tuned because they are coming out with a revamped Loyalty program. We also want to try Virgin.
  13. I followed this cruise to where you put in a credit card and there was exactly 0% off this cruise that was part of UP TP 50 % off. I called Princess and they said look at the wording. "UP TO". Well I guess 0% off is still "UP TO 50 %", just on the low end. I also called a Travel Agent that my neighbors used to book this same cruise with and he confirmed that was the normal price for the cruise. He also laughed when I asked about the 50% off on Princess web site. So customer beware of the written Special Offers for Black Friday. PS, I went onto Princess Facebook page and there is no way to message them, so I just commented on their Black Friday ad.
  14. So the Harmony Eastern on 9/9/ is now a Western on 9/9. To ensure we have a safe and smooth journey, and to stay well away from Hurricane Lee’s path, we’ve adjusted our itinerary.   17. Hello, new to Royal and trying to navigate the app and web. We just got our room assigned today, and I am trying to find where you tell them that you want the beds together. The FAQ said to go to "Modify My Reservation", but I do not see that. Any information would help.

  19. I am a first time Royal cruiser. I booked a last minute cruise for next Saturday. The only check-in time I could get is 2:00 pm. How strict are they about showing up early? If we got there at 1:00 would they make us wait?
  20. I can log in now but the Planner tab is blank. Tried to re-enter the booking and nothing.
