Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Easy , just goto getaway today - bus tours to briksdal glacier - turnkey , don’t have to go on own
  2. Hi again , my thinking is that with a cab we get off ship and the taxi is there waiting for us (this would be prearranged). With the train have to walk to tram, wait for tram, ride tram, wait for train at centraal Rotterdam, ride train then arrive at centraal Amsterdam after a stop at Schipol. While the train is faster once on it, it’s this extra waiting around that adds time to trip. I would want to get to each stop atleast 5-10 mins early so not to have to rush to catch trains since we’ve never been to these cities The above is my thought process , 2 adults 2 teen girls , 8.5 hour total window to disembark/embark. Also , this would be a Sunday if that changes the calculus at all thank you for your feedback
  3. Thank you , might hire a cab , more money but way less waiting / transferring and definitely simpler
  4. I wouldn’t say 100% no frozen nights on dream , this is their first time to Europe so I wouldn’t rule it out. Furthermore, the dream has only had a handful of cruises greater than 4 nights in its entire history , however for planning purposes I would plan on not
  5. There will be many children no matter what , it’s Disney , great for all ages. If you love Disney nostalgia, movies , entertainment it’s impossible not to love DCL unless you just hate cruising
  6. Very unlikely either will , best case case you get a frozen night (no fireworks)
  7. Hello all , will be disembarking in Rotterdam for 9 hours but really want to do Amsterdam - what would folks recommend as the fastest and hassle free way to accomplish this? I know train/tram is probably the way to go but any tips / tricks for this ? Thank you
