  1. My head is hurting from the hours of searching I've been doing on this subject! I gather that the garage at 1415 NE 2nd Ave is being recommended. And another lot (also called Premier parking) is highly disliked per yelp and Travelocity...but has anyone used Port of Miami Cruise Parking: http://www.portofmiamicruiseparking.com/ticket/new

It is by far the cheapest option I've found (though they do charge for the shuttle to the ship so it would definitely have to be one of those "drop everyone off and the driver pays that extra fee" trip)....but any reviews on this lot?

Ooops! I see this same question was asked back on Page 15..."shady looking place" was the response. Well, I'm leaving the decision up to the husband. Thanks everyone!

  3. My husband and I are going to be in separate rooms (because of the kids) - but, once we get onboard, we'll all be moving around. So, if we bought ahead of time, could he just buy it. I don't need it. As for the soda card - we once bought those for just the kids - no one said we had to buy them for every one in the room - is that the norm?

Wow! Sorry to hear that you had a bad day with Dion. We were on the Freedom in June/July '12 and booked through him after reading through this site. To this day we count it as the single best tour/day we've had during our cruises. So much fun! He had "parked" the boat a little offshore and when the guys got thirsty they swam out to the boat to grab a few beers and swam back. When a few people did that, Dion moved the boat in a little closer for us. Was just a fun day all around!

Hopefully more people get that experience than what you had.
