Dinner…our 8:00 reservation last 2 hours, I felt bad we were there so late! The baby spinach salad was great, and the risotto (Chris: “is that oatmeal? Where was oatmeal on the menu?”) was good. The filet mignon cooked medium was ok, but a little tough and not much flavor. Mac & cheese was yummy, and cheescake was ok. Overall it was a good meal, but not the best steakhouse experience we have had on CCL ships.

MDR menu tonight.

We have been lazy today, sorry everyone. Chris was doing schoolwork all afternoon, and I may or may not have went onto the balcony and fell asleep on the lounger. I woke up when the sun finally started to bake me. Tonight is elegant night #2, we will be dining at the steakhouse at 8. I should probably start to get ready, so we can go hit Alchemy up for a few beverages.

My balcony is usable today! Maybe we are sailing slower, or something, but it’s just a nice, easy breeze out here. Yay! I can lounge out here listening to the waves. 🙂

No brunch pics, I failed miserably at that…sorry y’all. It was delicious tho! I had the voyager burger (the one with the egg) and it was messy, delicious, and everything it should be. Very filling tho. I broke the runny egg yolk, then took the rest of the egg off, and discarded the hash brown potatoes. It’s a big burger.

I don’t mind it if they acknowledge me, but last night we all were convinced we were forgotten!

Just took my $25 Funplay and gambled for the first time ever. Used a penny slot machine…and walked out with $103. I feel lucky!!

That’s a terrible start to the New Year!! 😳 Hope the rest of that cruise was better. I am SO jealous! None of the alchemists on here have made me one that is even remotely as good as Zoltan’s. Have a great cruise!

Cucina let me down tonight. 2 hours for dinner, and a table mate literally fell asleep during dinner. 😳 Food (aranici, caprese, chicken parm) was delicious, but service…not so much. Chris got up to get us more water. 😂

Trying Cucina again tonight. Not a fan of the MDR menu at all, our entire group of 7 agreed.

It may not be pretty, but it was delicious!

Brought some expresso to Alchemy to see what they could whip up. Jason made me this, it is SO GOOD.
