All sounds great fun!! Looking forward to india and all the chaos! Spoke to one of our bank tellers, whose family visit India a lot, she said don't eat anything and don't touch things without washing your hands after, apparently our stomaches are a bit delicate for dealing with some of the bacteria.

Anyone know what injections we need?

Contact your GP practice. They will tell you what vaccinations you need.

If you don't go you will always regret it, it's such a wonderful city particularly just to walk round we can recommend a cafe, just walk over the rialto bridge and its the first on the left, cheaper than the square and much better view.

    Enjoy.

I’ve been in two minds whether to book this excursion because it’s such a long day. However, as I was only 14 the last time I was in Venice, I think I really need to go.

    Exactly this

Saying that we bagged a bargain last October but only because it was virtually a last minute booking with flights from Scotland which is highly unusual for a late booking

We booked it on the Wednesday and flew out on the Friday

Wow. I bet that was a bit of a rush to get packed.

I rang them yesterday and was advised that they hope that ALL vaccination requirements will be dropped by 23rd April ( but it may have been April 2023 ). No one will need to be tested and the Vaccine Free folk will not be discriminated against any longer.  If you are not fully jabbed and boosted, you could book cruises for a date after April, BUT, they will penalise you financially if you can't go due to the company keeping these restrictions in place to a later and need a refund/credit.

    Fingers crossed. 🤞
