I've called Princess casino reservations several times to redeem a free cruise offer and the reservation keeps getting canceled because they don't pay the balance in time! Any recommendations on where to call to get this fixed? And are all the cruise casinos this inept? Hoping some are better because I'm about to give up on Princess.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions! We chose the Mafolie and are loving it! Stephen the owner was amazing and offered us a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a million dollar terrace view! Would highly recommend this place - feels like a hidden gem! Thanks again!

Hi there - I’m in a group of folks that were stranded on a tarmac for hours and then missed a ship yesterday. We need to meet the ship in St Thomas so will stay there the next 2 nights. Any recommendations for a reasonably priced but nice hotel to enjoy the island prior to starting our cruise? Thank you in advance.

Hi all - would really appreciate your advice for my upcoming port day in St Thomas on March 22 (sailing on Regal Princess to Havensight I believe). I’ll be solo and essentially looking for a comfortable chill beach day. Quiet beach, cozy chairs, bathrooms, outdoor showers, lots of shade and tiki bar/restaurant. Happy to pay for a day pass. (My all time fav beach experience so far is Nachi Cocom in Cozumel). Thank you in advance for suggestions and apologies if this has been covered recently.
