Refundable OBC ...whats Princess problem ?

So, being a betting woman: Which will we get to us first? The BIG tax refund (filed March 2022) or Princess refundable OBC of $400 cruise ended April 19th. I am going to bet it will be Princess as the winner!! -
I do not know (yet) if this is on the Carnival brand, however, I had (several times) : Key Lime Pie Martini OMG!! So good. Tasted like the pie but the alcohol was not noticeable at all. It was sweet and smooth ~ great drink for the mid afternoon.

Question: When do you purchase the $5 messaging? I am not familiar with Carnival cruise line and am doing a ton of investigating and reading.
