Mine never got approved, ended up taking the originals. Got off the Sky Princess last week.

I was there last week, have to say I have never had to miss Guernsey due to the weather, been there 5 times now.

Not exactly difficult to supply what they are asking. I do it every time and never had an issue.

First world problems...

I got off the Sky last week on the same itinerary. Weather was nice but rainy, all trips were on air conditioned coaches, I did a trip in all four stops.

I got off the Sky Princess this morning and it was bordering on unusable. The Medallion app didnt work and the best speed I got was just over 0.1meg according to Speedtest.

VERY disappointing as this is my third Medallion cruise and the other two were far better.

We left from Mayflower and came back to QE2, was full this morning!

We decided to walk from the Holiday Inn to the Mayflower terminal for our cruise this week, it was a lovely day and we could see the ship from our room so decided to give it a go. On our way to Mayflower the route was cut off by a new cruise terminal next to dock gate ten. It is in-between the City cruise terminal and Mayflower terminal but is still docking cargo ships at the moment.

Thought you might want to see the new Horizon Terminal.

I am now wondering whether someone on the ship is able to control what is displayed when.  The good thing is that you can choose in the Medallion app what picture to attach to your medallon profile so I  chose a photo of a flower that I have on my phone and David chose a photo that he took of the Northern Lights.

You can turn it showing your name off in the Medallion privacy settings, getting on Sky princess at the weekend, I will remind myself how to do it.

I will be surprised if thats the case. Turn off your 4G, leave WIFI on and then try turning your hot spot on, doesnt work in the UK or on any ship I have been on. Would make a mockery of having to pay for wifi really.

You cannot hot spot from WiFi, you need 4 or 5G to hot spot

When you check in at Southampton they will give you luggage tags there and tell you your cabin number. Had that happen to us once.

Requested May 25th, got mine yesterday for cruise July 23rd

I requested mine on May 25th and am still waiting

You need them for embarkation out of Venice, no need after that

Do they accept showing your vaccination status on your phone using the NHS app, just had my booster and it is now showing there.

Also with the pre 48 hours negative covid test can you just go to Boots or Lloyds and get them to do it, again can the negative be an email or does it need to be a piece of paper

I did mine online too and got it back exactly a week after posting it.

I would imagine a test would still be needed regardless of vaccine status

What do they mean by fully vaccinated, is 2 jabs enough?

Yesterday we asked both guest services and shore excursion staff about our pre paid excursions, and were given two totally different answers on how reimbursement would be handled.

I got my excursion refund a couple of days ago.

I also noticed if you go for a future cruise credit you have to book before December 31st and sail before end November 2023 and you can pay for anyone on the same booking with it.

May 26th cancelled too. Cant believe they are just offering our money back, not happy.

There goes my May Baltic cruise sigh. That will be cruise credit number 3!
