  1. I’d appreciate the recommendation if you have one. I won’t be traveling until next year but would like this and if you have done anything for a serious cocktail tour that would be great too.

    Disappointing and I think ending the email promising to get back in “the next couple of weeks” illustrates the lack of urgency that is driving people’s frustration including mine. A commitment to regular weekly updates would have been more appropriate. One thing that wasn’t addressed was accounts that were paid in full showing past due. One leg of my b2b has a payment owed because my FCC was removed. My TA said they have a stack of these affected accounts and are working to resolve. Haven’t read that here but sharing in case that is anyone else. Will be glad when we are all on the other side of this! Still looking forward to my time aboard in June.

    Sharing my experience -I am traveling 6.3 Adriatic and that cruise is spot on- no balance, correct OBC. The following 6.10 Croatia was fine until recently when my FCC was removed leaving a balance owed and removing my OBC for a back to back. Like most, multiple submissions and requests for a call back. One call back never had an agent, one was on me for missing, and on Monday got to speak to someone. After 30 minutes she came on to let me know her teammate would work my account next and complete. As of Thursday nothing so we will see. i agree with everyone on the communication- this is disastrous for the brand and requires regular and transparent updates. That’s owed to clients and the many people working including onboard staff, our TAs and call center agents.

    Ugh, let me know when- or if you hear anything. As a side note I had a cruise on Celebrity in February and those points posted to my account and were there for the month prior to the website transition. I know we got notice that the sharing would stop but given that they were there for some time I have asked for them back. Will see and will consider it a plus if they do.

    Has anyone gotten a response when submitting the form? If yes let me know please on timing. I was correct for my June cruises as of last week but then had a future cruise credit payment removed and the cruise updated as an outstanding bill. It does seem odd that issues aren’t universal, and a bit of a roulette wheel logging in every day to see where it is potentially wrong. Still, looking forward to the trip and taking heart in the positive feedback from folks saying no issues onboard.
