If anyone remembers my team from Tribe Cruise 2024 for Family Fued… my teammate that had the scary doll obsession and answered “sweet cheeks” to the question about stripper/car names just asked me to be in her wedding next year.
    I think I’m busy.

I didn't think you know her like that.  You just met for the Family Feud right?

  2. So we were scheduled for the Transatlantic Princess Star October 2025 from Southampton to Ft. Lauderdale and received a email today it's changed.  Its now not October 20th it's the 22nd, and no longer from Southampton but Barcelona 16 days to 14.  I should have learned from the Jubilee.

Good afternoon Tribe Family. Just back on the ship after a great day in Amber Cove. Of course we had a pool cabana. Had my usual spot along the lazy river where I made a lot of new friends. Missed not seeing all the Tribe members coming around. After leaving we'll be heading back to PC to begin the second leg of our journey. Have a great day everyone! 😎

Jeff quick question, we are considering doing the Celebration Havana cabana, is it better port side or Starboard closer to pool and bar?

I just read a horror story of what happened with the Carnival Miracle and the cruise tour in Honolulu. Wow. Prayers and good thoughts going their way. Tragic.

I was there and heard and saw it. We were waiting in the rideshare area.  It was loud because it sounded like gunshots but it was the shuttle hitting the cement barrier.  It was awful and then learning someone lost their life.

Currently docked in San Francisco. There was some kind of delay securing the lines, resulting in the longest line of people waiting to get off. I’m happy I opted to stay on and avoid that nonsense! It seems like there are lots of angry people on this sailing. I’m seeing lots of folks yelling at staff and just being grouchy. Yes, it’s a full ship. Yes, there are lines. Yes, it’s hard to get reservations at this point. But none of that is the fault of the staff on the ship. I am (so far) finding it less crazy than this same sailing last year. In fact, last night the atrium and Local were completely deserted at 9:15pm! That being said, it’s nice enjoying the ship with everyone in port!

Tonight we have dinner in the Manhattan Room (it’s steak and shrimp night in the buffet so maybe the menu will be good) and Jersey Boys. I’m torn because Jersey Boys is the same time as the Awesome 80s party…

Highly recommend the Smoky Peach Margarita!

Is the smoky margarita extremely spicy?

Any fellow TRIBE members watching the current Amazing Race?

Nice mix of couples this season.

There are.  It's nice to see grandparents racing.  I wouldn't be able to make it past the first leg.

I guess it’s a new show to ABC. They hooked me in the promos about a sinking cruise ship, so I watched the first two episodes.  Tonight was the last of three parts.  I’ll watch tomorrow (I record most shows so that I can FF through commercials). Then, I’ll remove the record option.  Bad acting, bad writing.

911 was originally on Fox for several years and just moved to ABC.

If you mean the supplemental insurance for Medicare when you say secondary, that makes sense. If you mean something else, then I don't understand it.

Supplemental.  Medicare is primary and secondary is Tricare.

When was this? As of 2023 Medicare covers a colonoscopy following  a positive result from ColoGuard, according to their website. Maybe this was before last year?

I had a colonoscopy June 2023 and Medicare denied it.  My secondary paid all but $63.00 but I was surprised about the denial. We don't get colonoscopies for the fun of it.

Our final port stop Ensenada.  We stayed on the ship...enjoyed empty hot tubs!

We would walk deck 3 each day and stairs for our exercise.

Interesting port.  $4 shuttle pp to town.

OMG the seals were everywhere and LOUD.

We took on food at this port and the Executive Chef supervised before the provisions were allowed onto the ship.

I was especially interested in the Yacht Transport ship...had to check them out on the Internet when we got home.
