Thank you for your review. We sail on the Legend for the second time April 27th and cannot wait. Thank you again. It sounds like you hada wonderful trip.

I hope to get to Roatan in early May, but I will not venture outside the Carnival area at Mahogany Bay. Been there before and had hoped to see more of the country.

My 50,000 points are worth $500 if I apply them to deposit or other pre-cruise payments.

One of my future cruisemates has set up a M&G like this for our April 15 legend cruise. He stated that Carnival told him they needed a tenative number 45 days out, and a solid number at 30 days out. Don't wait until the last minute to call.
I paid for both myself and DW, even though she probably won't have more than one or two drinks. I'll drink my share, but not her's. She keeps saying " I can't believe you are spending so much for a party where I won't drink that much." It's not about the "free" drinks, more about meeting fellow CC members.
Sterling if you see this, thanks again for setting it up. Looking forward to it.

Yellowstone NP is another great place to stargaze. Just take a few steps away from the campgrounds away from the roads, and look up. Like the poster above, I've never seen as many stars on a cruise, even from my dark balcony, as from the park. (Part of the problem with a balcony, there is always someone fairly close to you who doesn't seem to realize that light switchs work both ways. Kind of like my kids when they were teens, I guess.)

3 rooms one night (Aug 22) pre cruise. $65 per room on priceline. With tax & fees, total of $77 & change per room.
I asked the hotel about cruise packages, $199. Rack rate is $144.
Priceline accepted my bid right away - I should have started a little lower.
3.5 stars in San Pedro, close for most lines, a bit of a drive for Carnival (which we are taking). We've stayed there before, and prefer to keep the car at the pier.

Sept 2 '07, 2 rooms at $65 each. With Taxes and fees it comes to $78.39 per room. that seems to be the going rate.
I'm happy.

On the Conquest this past September, two of the Cruise Director's staff were young Americans. They were a young man from Louisana and a young woman, from ?
Nice kids, but we didn't talk pay or benifits with them.

I love it.
What date was this? We were on the Legend on the 4-28 cruise out of Tampa. Did I see myself and DW on our balcony in your video?
