Thanks for all the comments I think I will do more research before I buy any.

I have a couple of concerns one is pre exciting conditions how that works and also is amount of coverage high enough on carnival only 10,000 medical and 30,000 evacuation which sometimes could be a great deal more

Is carnival trip insurance good or would anybody suggest another one?

Has any body heard if the ship is ok now? Will be on it to Hawaii in October would not be good to break down half way there!!

I put in request for the steak house my cruise is in about 2 weeks on the web site when I placed it. It stated that I would receive and email when confirmed. My question is how ling does it take to receive the email and how often do you get what the time and date you asked for? I have never tried to get the steak house before being on the ship. Your experiences would help me knowing what to expect.:cool:

I cruised on the Vista on the first trip out of New York last November . I really liked a lot of the new things the ship had. The dining I thought was very good. The elevators were not very good lots of waiting time for them. I did not like the new style main theater. It is very small and the chairs on the floor are not good at all now where to place your drinks and waiters have a hard time getting around there. I did like the ship but as have I said the main theater is so bad that I don't know if I would sail on her again. I guess that is because I always look forward to the shows and it is a big disappointment for me. If your don't care about that then the ship is nice. Hope this helps.

On the Vista I won 500 free play on a drawing and then same cruise I won 250 free play on Hot seat drawing.

I would go on the Conquest I went on the Vista 1st trip out of New York last November there were lots of good things about it but also things I really did not like. The Main theater is very small and the lines to the to the comedy club so long I don't know if I would sail on her again

We sailed on the Vista on the first trip out of New York last November There are things I liked about the Vista but also there is one BIG negative for me I really hate the liquid lounge it is so small and the chairs on the floor are not good no place to put you drinks also some say they liked the shows but for me they were just way to loud. They need to turn the volume down a little. There were very long lines going to the comedy club I mean way way long so we never went there. the rest of the ship I liked but because of the liquid lounge I probably will not sail on here again or her sister ships either unless they change that. I like the Spirit class the best. I have sailed on all the classes of carnival ships and liked all of there main show rooms but again the liquid lounge on the Vista sucks in my opinion

Going on Miracle in October 15 day Hawii out of Long Beach just booked Hotel at Hotel Current in Long Beach has anyone stayed at this Hotel? If so how was it

We were not thrilled the Vista either the show room is so small and the chairs are a joke no place for your drink I sure like the other ships main theater 100% better. There are some nice things on the Vista but I think all in all it is the worst new ship I have sailed on. I probably will not sail on her again and also will not sail on the next 2 new Vista class ships I like Carnival but before I sail on a Vista class ship again I would go to another Cruise line which is too bad because I do like Carnival the best, but I really don't care for the Vista class.

How many points on your last cruise does it take to get the drinks on us card at the start of the cruise I was told its 5,000 it that correct:confused:

The casino is pretty big. Just to the left of these pictures are rows of slots. About 5 machines per row. This is only half of the casino. The other side has 4 blackjack tables and the rest are slots.

I just love the Spirit class ships they are the best by far I sure wish that carnival would build a few more of them and stop sending that class of ship some ere else

We went to Hawaii on a cruise about three years ago 15 day round trip on the Splendor it was a great cruise just loved it one of the best we have been on we are going again October 2017 cant wait dont know how it will be in October when we went on the Splendor it was in January seen lots of whales then Again we just loved our 15 day Hawaii cruise cant wait till next year for another.:)
