We are considering doing the same thing. Flying in to Ft. Lauderdale but we port out of Miami. My question is could we make a flight home at 10:30 out of Ft. Lauderdale if our boat ports at 8 a.m.? Thanks for your help.

We have had a few problems with younger children running around the Serenity Deck but they usually have just ran through, not stayed. I consider an 18 year-old an adult and have never had any trouble with this age group. I've never seen anyone ask a child to leave the Serenity Deck.

There is a burrito bar. We just got off the Dream March 2014. We had a great time!

I was with a group of 8 off of Carnival Dream March 15th. Four of us did this with the site you mentioned and we would not recommend it. It took longer for the instructions than the actual tour. You barely leave the shore and the only sea life we saw was what the guides brought to us. It is a unique idea and sounds cool but it was very disappointing and not worth the time or money. Perhaps a different minisub tour would be a better experience. Just being honest.

We just returned from a 7 day spring break cruise. We ranged in age from 54-21 and traveled with two college students. There were more younger children with families than college students. We had a great time, no problems. No noise in the hallways, rude behavior, or overly intoxicated young adults. The only thing I did notice was several times when we got on the elevator all the buttons were pushed. No biggie, sometimes we just took the stairs. One way to work off all that food!

We were just at LFK March 19th. We actually were on Carnival Dream but booked directly through LFK. My advice is to get off the ship early so you are among the first to get to LFK. That being said, I did not feel it was too crowded the day we were there. We had loungers, tried out the hammocks, jumped from the platform, snorkeled out by the reef, held the monkeys and kayaked. We did have to wait our turn for the kayaks but it was only 5-10 minutes. The longest wait we had was for lunch, but even that didn't seem too long. We just sat and had a drink while we waited. It is beautiful and I would go again.

We were there last week also. The vendors are determined but Steve and his staff said to just say, "No, thank you" and they will go on. If you show any interest or buy something, Steve said they will not leave you alone. We stuck to "No, thank you," and didn't have any problems.
We were with a group of eight and all ordered different items. Every thing was great. We had chicken nachos, enchiladas, quesadillas, shrimp, chicken buritto, and the iguana eggs. The servings were big. Our favorites were probably the iguana eggs and burritos but, as I said, everything was very good!

The water was cool but not uncomfortable. Those that wanted to splashed each other and we were given the opportunity to stop and swim.

We did not book through a cruise line. I have only been on one cruise line excursion out of nine. I do not care for the big groups. We booked cacetubing.bz There were 12 in our group for the day. They picked us up at the port. We did not have to carry our tubes. They served lunch. It was a great excursion. I did not feel like I was in danger at all.

We just got off the Dream yesterday and we did go cave tubing. No water level problems at all. Great time!

We just got back from Costa Maya with three ships in port. We went to Tropicante. Great time! Steve is wonderful, very accommodating and wants to make sure every thing is going well for your group. Our group of eight were there for about 5 hours. It was not over crowded. His staff is wonderful too. We had lunch and drinks! Only wish we could have stayed there longer.

Thank you!

Can you tell me what you do with your personal belongings while you are cave tubing?
Thank you.

I've been researching this daily and cannot come close to that price. Which rental company did you find that with? Do you have a coupon code?
-
Has anyone ever ziplined with this company after they are done cave tubing?
-
I'm new to these boards. Are you allowed to tell me which company you liked the most that you went cave tubing with? Thanks!

Hi! We are sailing in January 2014. How far ahead should be book a tour with Cosol (for a family of 3?) Also, has anyone done the private tour? If so, what was the price differential.
Thanks!
Koohiichan
We did a private tour with Cosol last week. We requested a water tour only. This did include lunch and drinks. We just spent longer on the beach and snorkled in three places. We enjoyed it. We payed $90 each.

If we booked early saver and an interior room, do we have to price match the same deck?
Thank you.

Has anyone been on private tour with Cosol? We have one scheduled for on the water only. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Overwhelming, welcome to Cruise Critic! Your best bet is to just scroll past all the comments. I don't believe there is a way to hide them. If CC does have that feature, I'm not aware of it. Thanks for reading! Are you taking this cruise soon?
We are going May 26th. Our first cruise with all of our family, 8 total, ages 21-53. Very excited but so much information to take on. Your review has been so helpful, Thanks!

Is there a way to read this from beginning to end with only GA Pearl's review ? I would like to do that and then go back and read comments, but I'm new and did not know if that is possible. Thank you all.
