in our experience, no. Even when the birthday is relatively close to cut off, they still stood by the age ranges. It doesn't hurt to ask, though :)

What movies did they have for the Dive In? I'm looking forward to my turn on her in 44 days :) Thanks for your review!

I'm so into your review that I actually felt a little sad looking at the pictures of the beach from onboard the tender. This review has me so pumped up for our trip 6/14 with the same itinerary! Thank you so much again for such a great review!!

Thanks for the review! Counting down to my next visit on the Pride (47 days and a wakeup) So any review I see of her I pounce on.
Glad your trip was a great one.

if embarkation goes as scheduled (430) normally the ship should get to the bridge tunnel around 6 or 7. I remember it being around early seating last time we sailed her from Baltimore.

So bummed, no more 4Ks available for my cruise. Dangit. Guess I'm out of the game and can quit checking for drops at least lol
Congrats to those that were able to snag some savings though!

OMG THANK YOU for posting this! We're on Pride 6/14 ... can't wait to hear them :D

We do late because we find early dining is too close to lunch for our stomachs to be ready to eat again. Plus the kids like the extra time in the sunshine.

sailing from Baltimore (Pride) we love being up on the Sports Deck as we go under the Key Bridge - it always looks soooo close! When the horn sounds from up there you feel it through your very being  ... it's the best!

Thanks :) I found a few pics 8b cabins close by that settled my curiosity. I'm pleasantly surprised to see another person with a long countdown lol

About a month or so ago John Heald posted on his blog pictures of a snow-laden Pride. It looked neat seeing the snow on the lido/sun decks but they appeared to have left on time. I think you'll be fine :) Enjoy your getaway!

We booked these rooms for next summer and was wondering if anyone out here had these rooms and was willing to share their thoughts and pictures? This will be our second sailing, first on a balcony so I'm pretty excited. Thanks :)

Now that we know she's staying AND getting awesome upgrades I was able to book our next cruise today. I wish we could afford to cruise every year but I'll take what I can when I can. Excited we got joining balconies also (2 rooms for family of 5) SQUEEEEEEEE the countdown begins now!

We treated our host to lunch and tipped to cover gas for the day. We did the program in Nassau and had a great time. We told our host we'd like to see what she felt best represented her culture outside of the tourist traps and we lunched in a local place she enjoyed.

Yeah I know why they do it but people are too excited the morning if their cruise to sit around at the hotel and wait until 1:30 pm.
Too excited the morning of the cruise ... Heck, I'm too excited a few days out ;)

Perhaps Guest Services did investigate at some point but didn't feel the need to "report back." Again, I'm with the mindset of there's not much they *could* do. I'm sorry you had a bad experience but this is definitely not the norm. And I never understood the "screaming match" mentality when you are trying to get someone to perform a service for you. Perhaps if you'd have handled yourself differently? Again, I wasn't there ... just a thought.
So many things could have been at play with that child. They could have been ill, had sensory issues (which could have magnified illness or change of scenery), missed home or something/someone at home or maybe they just cried at night?
Though I sympathize with your frustration, I wonder about the other 16 or so hours of the day that you weren't in your cabin trying to sleep. Surely SOME good must have happened during the time you were on board .... how about that 110% vacation guarantee?
