  1. GRAND CAYMAN

Our last port was Grand Cayman where we rode horses with Pampered Ponies.

We were picked up near the pier and it was about a 20 minute drive to Pampered Ponies. Lori is the owner and she was wonderful to work with.

She has a beautiful piece of property:

    How much was this excursion?

  2. Honeymooners here. We were on the RCCL adventure for our honeymoon back in 2003. It was the best time ever till we went snorkeling in Aruba. Hubbs didn't take off his wedding ring and the salt water shrunk his fingers so much that the ring feel off. Don't wear your rings in the ocean.

P.S. Although I was mad as hell and the rest of our day was ruined we have made it through 12 wonderful years. Enjoy your trip!

  3. Is each adult in the cabin required to purchase or can just one adult buy the package. I was also wondering can you bring a bottle of wine with you in your carry on like you can on Royal Caribbean?

  4. We are flying in the day before. I am looking for the least hassle getting to the port the next day. I'd prefer to not rent a car. I've never sailed out of port Canaveral. We we leave out of ft Lauderdale we stay at Hyatt place and like that.

  5. I don't mean to barge in on your thread but I'm Just curious does dcl offer some sort of post cruise excursion that will take you back to the airport. We wetter on the allure and did a beach/shopping excursion that cost less than a taxi.

  6. Like a previous poster, I had packed and left everything for my husband to put in the car. Once we were on the ship, I was like "Where's my garment bag? The one that was hanging on the doorknob?" - Yeah, it was at home! All of my shirts and dresses were in it - I had a few casual shirts in my suitcase, plus what I had worn on the trip down - who knew that San Juan Puerto Rico had a Marshalls?!! Thank goodness that was our first stop, so I purchased some tops and a couple of dresses!! whew!!

Ha-ha! Yup DH forgot the garment bag and we made a quick trip to Sears in San Juan:p...got my employee discount even:thumbup:
