  1. It's always cheaper on the islands, but if you purchase the first night on the ship they'll usually price match if you can bring proof of it being cheaper in port.

I've been on a sailing with one passenger who bought the entire stock for that sailing, night 1 (cases on top of cases) They stated they would claim and pay the taxes on it bealcause the profit would out weight those fees selling it at home.

I've bought a case @ $35 per bottle and sold it for $60-$80 a bottle. I'm not a fan of it at all, but there is a high demand in the US for it.

  2. Stay in 8328 Aug 2016 and had no noise from the Havana Bar. I'm currently booked in 8333 for Aug 2017 and am expecting the same. There were many complaints about children disturbing guest, removing breakfast hangers, and kicking/banging on door then running away, but I did not experience any of that. My assumption was our cabin was too far aft for them to come and harass us lol

I had plenty of sun on my balcony. It would be pretty difficult for someone to look down on you, but your neighbors can glance around your balcony divider.

  3. We have been to all of these ports before... however this is the first cruise for couple that is with us. I need some recommendations...

Islo roatan.... seems like last time we did a beach day and an included lunch... seems like there was a wildlife reserve there as well...

Cozumel.... did an all inclusive beach resort... had unlimited food and drinks... was cool

    Belize... did the ruins/beach combo

Want to do some fun stuff with them... nice all inclusive one day at least... and a good snorkel... even if its a beach day on your own type thing...

    Suggestions?...... Go!

Just on the Dream Feb 19.

Belize : Rum Factory & City Tour

Enjoyed the rum samples and got a nice bottle of rum cream to bring home. It's was ok, but I wouldn't do it again.

Isla Roatan: we went to Gumbalimba Park

Enjoyed the animals so much, but wouldn't do it again.

    Cozumel: Nachi Cocom

    Nice relaxing all inclusive

Any of those are great for a one time experience.

  4. No need to tease. They are on the website. Can't book but you can see dates, itineraries, etc.

We are so bummed. The NY itineraries totally suck (my opinion only).

Yes, they're terrible! No diversity, I'm disappointed.

  5. Horizon will be in Europe from March - May then NYC for the summer. I'm assuming it'll go down to FL afterwards. Every other CCL ship has iteniraries for the summer open for booking-NYC is the only port with a schedule.

NYC is the only port without a summer 2018 schedule

  7. Just looked through the dates that are under the add booking tab! Looks like a short season for Europe then a transatlantic in may and New York for the summer! All dates line up with the previous years Nyc schedule! After that repo to Miami for 6 and 8 day cruises! Thats just my observation!

I hope you are correct about NYC. I was speculating the same-I observed all other ships have summer 2018 itineraries therefore it would have to be Horizon, unless NYC would be left without a ship for all year long- which I was highly doubting. It was surely be a treat to have a new ship hanging out up north for a bit.
