  1. On this list, Scarlet is in Caribbean after April 2025. Last I see in Nov. 1 in Eastern Antilles. But there is a gap between May and August. I thik she might be scheduled for drydock then, but not sure.
  2. I'm sorry I was not trying to list all 79 pages, I was responding to what I thought was the request. Yes there will be sailings out of Portsmouth. Resilient Lady Several in Aug and Septemmber 2024.
  3. Not what you wanted but for the sake of others: Scarlet Miami to Med 4/21/24 Scarlet Rome to Miami 11/28/24 (16 nights--sounds good to me!) I suspect further transatlantics will come later.
  4. Sorry if that's true. There will be Portsmouth (there is Portsmouth) and Mediterrean but perhaps not in your desired time frame. Personally, I would wait as they will give the refund if you don't do anyhting and something more may happen in the meantime.
  5. The Sailor Services told you correctly. The ones I see, which are supposed to also open tomorrow go to 12/25 on Valiant, Resilent and Scarlet in Caribbean and NZ/Australia
  6. Right now on the list for 2025 are Resilient sailings in Australia/New Zealand area Scarlet and Valiant in Caribbean Mediterranean sailings are all 2023-24 And of course 2024 sailings out of Portsmouth I suspect they are waiting to announce more when they know Brilliant Lady can actually sail. I doubt they want to go through this again 🙂
  7. Yes. They have shared the list with TAs but its just been added to a 79 page document that includes all of the itineraries...old and new. Makes posting them problematic. If any one has a particular area and date range I will look for you.
  8. VV told me they will begin processing them on the 11th, in the order they were received. If you know what you want to switch them to, get them in. You can do it or your TA can do it for you. Either works. And of course, if you think one of the new itineraries, those are supposed to be open for booking tomorrow.
  9. VV told me they would be processing forms starting Monday in the order received.
  10. For the purpose of rescheduling canclled cruises. If you were in a Central Sea Yerrace, that's what you get. So Central Sea terrace, Sea terrace, Sea View, Insider, etc.
  11. The cruise fare is reduced $300. The $300 you paid is your deposit, so that is $300 less you pay later, but the cruise fare itself is only reduced $300. Plus you get the loot.
  12. If you drink any specialty coffees, teas or like fresh-pressed juice, those will also go on your bar tab. I consider us moderate drinkers and my sister-in-law and I had no problem spending $100 a day. But your mileage may vary. If you end up with too much left at the end of cruise, there are MANY posts here and on the VV Reddit, how to get it spent 🙂 So, the way the order of payment for drinks should go: 1) Bar tab 2) Any remaining sailor loot 3) Cabin account charged to your credit card at end of cruise You can check it from the app so if there is a problem, you can go to Sailor Services and get it fixed. You should do this before you leave the ship. Easier that way. Given the extra $50 for buying the bar tab before the cruise, personally I would do it.
  13. Yes apologies for not being clear. No final confirmation, just that they are processing, just like you.
  14. Ask your travel advisor to run the current confirmation document for you. If it has been applied, it will show there.
  15. Bar tab is drinks, of course. Sailor Loot is on board credit-- ican be used on drinks, spa, gift shops, shore excursions, premium wi-fi, if you want one of the few extra cost items on a menu like a tomahawk steak. If you can't spend it all, buy someone a lovely gift in one of the shops.
  16. You can submit the refund form without the attachments and they will let you submit the receipts later.
  17. The ones I submitted today all went through but none had attachments. You can submit the form without the receipts and stuff and submit them later.
  18. And do not go if you are offended by drag shows....or the fact that they call the free ice cream place Lick Me Till Ice Cream 🙂
  19. I so agree about the aft elevators. I was disappointed when we were assigned very clode to them on 9. Turns out they were very quiet, rarely used and super convenient.
  20. I'm older than you and loved it. Are there drunk 20 year olds? Yes-but I see that on many short cruises. I found that both the crew and other guests were more open and accepting of anyone on VV than on many other traditional cruises. The whole spirit is do your own thing and be who you are.
  21. This is true, not only do many TAs buy the MNVV certificates are discussed by @cantgetin, those who belong to one of the big travel consortia can also add $100 sailor loot on certain sailings. Before you ask further, the rules in Cruise Critic are very tight about TA recommendations so you won't get any recommendations in this forum.
  22. Good attitude on your part. Grand Turk over Puerto Plata sounds like an upgrade 🙂
