  1. I have been battling with Vantage since 2020 through the Attorneys General for both Massachusetts and New Jersey where I live. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and got this online response from the BBB: "Please understand, the reservations for Ms. Mooney's party are not due a refund. We remind our guests of the Terms and Conditions which were agreed to by the customer upon making their inital reservations. Specifically, within the Alterations & Modifications section where it clearly states: ""We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries and substitute hotels and accommodation in our discretion ... Additionally, Vantage may, for any reason, without prior notice, cancel a cruise; deviate from the ports of call, route and timetable; call or omit to call at any port or place or cancel or modify any activity on or off the vessel; take any and all necessary action to comply with all governmental laws and orders given by governmental authorities; render assistance to preserve life and property; change the date or time of sailing or arrival, change the port of embarkation or disembarkation, shorten the cruise or substitute a vessel or other transportation or lodging. Vantage is not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of such cancellations or deviations.""
  2. I was on the Ocean Odyssey trip with you (Athens to Trieste leg) and I am so sorry that your lifetime adventure has been cancelled. I posted a few days ago that Vantage would be out of business or bankrupt by the end of the year. I didn't think it would happen this quickly. So many people being swindled.
  3. I just returned from Greece and Dalmatia on the Ocean Odyssey which replaced the sail through the Greek Islands trip that I booked (and paid up front for) in 2019. I truly believe that Vantage will be in bankruptcy or out of business by the end of the year. They have cancelled so many trips post Covid and continue to do so yet I continually receive bright and shiny catalogs, brochures and emails. Our trip was a nail biter right up to the last moment. Our air was unpaid, we had no cabin assignments and Vantage was cancelling trips all around us. Right now I am just feeling lucky that I will no longer be waiting 90 minutes on hold, I will not be lied to up down and sideways by each and every Vantage employee and I can put this horrible experience behind me. DO NOT BOOK VANTAGE DELUXE WORLD TRAVEL.
  4. We used Spain Day Tours on our Viking Cruise. They were terrific! Our port got moved from Barcelona to Valencia one week out and they quickly returned our cost to our credit card. The tour we took to Malaga, Granada and Alhambra was great. We were picked up easily at the dock on a bigger bus, moved to 2 smaller groups at Alhambra with a guide for 10 persons and then taken to Granada with a guide who directed us for lunch. We were given a travelogue both coming and going to our ship and got back on time. Well worth the cost and service!
