We went to Bannister Island March 4. We were on the NCL Sun. We chose to go through Coral Breezes because it allowed us to have some time to shop around the port before heading back to the ship. We also got to see manatee which was really neat. The island itself was so beautiful! We took a kayak around the island. My husband had some lunch of chicken that he said was delicous. I would highly recommend coral breezes. They take good care of you and make sure you are back at port in plenty of time to catch the tender to the ship. We had time to shop and have a drink before going back to the ship. It was a great day for us!

Hi Blue Hen, When you went with coral Breeze which tour did you take? We are interested in the beach, snorkeling and manatee one but we were also interested in having the oportunity to kayak for awhile. Could you tell me which tour you took and how you were able to get the Kayaks and if you did rent them do you remember how much?

We like to cruise Celebrity. We have cruised in February-March-April and have had very few children on our cruises.

Well behaved children are always a welcome joy. ( as with adults )

I have 4 children, when i cruise, if the children ( of any age are behaved ) then its good. Unfortunately, the parents who cruise and feel that its their vacation and that means not paying attention to their childrens behavior--then it ruins it for everyone.

Celebrity:

#Lunch buffets.... what else can be said... they are buffets

#breakfast buffet--good waffles and good omlette bar. Pastries are very good

#Evening dining room.... very good, good food, excellent service

#Cova cafe---there coffee is not free, but very good. All pastries are excellent. Try the chocolate coissants

#aqua spa cafe--very good. healthy and excellent. Check out the daily made to order specials

#pool grill- hotdogs, burgers etc..

#afternoon tea- different, good

#sushi- very good

#evening gourmet bites- also very good. But we choose late dining and are usually too full to enjoy the late bites

#room service- very good, always on time, good service

we found the dining room experience to be far above other cruise lines

Oh! Specialty restaurant should not be missed

in Feb. We also like the Celebrity ships and have rarely seen children on board. We choose late dining-in many situations, people with children usually choose first dining seating.

Its so nice to be able to cruise, enjoy the beautiful weather and when we go back home winter is starting to fade away..............

WELL........ thank goodness we all dont like the same things.....

that dining room certainly would be packed.

I know i would make the best of it if i could not get my choice of seating, and yet when you wait and look forward to a cruise for so long it is so wonderful when you get your choice.

We prefere late seating. After a day on the islands, i love spending time in the thallo pool and hot tubs, getting dressed for dinner and then enjoying sushi at the aft of the ship and then on to the martini bar for a pre-dinner drink or a cocktail on our balcony. We enjoy sailing Celebrity and found the food to be wonderfully served but also not overlyfilling to the point of feeling stuffed. We then attend the 11pm show and spend a bit of time in the casino. Perfect day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pack them in my carry on with my make up etc... I like to bring mini bottles of irish cream-put one every eve in my evening bag and use it in my coffee after dinner- i shared it every night with my table mates. It became a tradition !! we all looked forward to every evening.

i have been on RCCL, the food was good and we enjoyed it. Then our last 4 cruises have been on Celebrity, in my humble opinion the food was far superior. And for the money-excellent. As all said. If you dont like something ask for something else. If you are a meat and potatoes person you can always ask for a steak and baked potato even if it is not on the menu.

We like the buffet for breakfast-omlett stations-waffle bar etc... Just made and great!

Dont really care for the buffets for lunch went to the spa for lunch instead and had "tea" in the afternoon.

Dinner always in the dining room. EXCELLENT

They also make homemade ice creams and sherbet OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought it from her store in Aruba for $75. I never paid that much before but i have paid 60-65 dollars at the mall for perfumes. i really like it. i also brought home a paper on it but God only knows where it is. i will find it and when I do I will answer on this "message"

while in Aruba I went to Agatha's. Her perfume is wonderful.I could have bought all 3 !!! i chose Mystery and it is such a light , lovely scent and it lasts and lasts.if you are in Aruba-take a moment and check out her store.I must admit I am hooked on her fragrences.
